I am Repeatedly Warning You-

This is a time of Your Trials

March 2, 2012 Message to Mirjana

“Dear children, through the immeasurable love of God I am coming among you and I am persistently calling you into the arms of my Son. With a motherly heart I am imploring you, my children, but I am also repeatedly warning you, that concern for those who have not come to know my Son be in the first place for you. Do not permit that by looking at you and your life, they are not overcome by a desire to come to know Him.

Pray to the Holy Spirit for my Son to be impressed within you. Pray that you can be apostles of the divine light in this time of darkness and hopelessness. This is a time of your trial.

With a rosary in hand and love in the heart set out with me. I am leading you towards Easter in my Son. Pray for those whom my Son has chosen that they can always live through Him and in Him-the High Priest. Thank you.”

I was able to go into deeper prayer with this message given by Our Lady to the world for unbelievers. Her wisdom and teaching that came in this message just blew me away, so I felt in my heart it should be shared what she had shared with me in my prayer, and the importance of praying for “non-believers.”

I meditated on the first part of the message when Our Lady said,

“Dear children, through the immeasurable love of God I am coming among you and I am persistenly calling you into the arms of my Son. With a motherly heart I am imploring you, my children, but I am also repeatedly warning you, that concern for those who have not come to know my Son be in the first place for you…”

I read these words over and over and now again I read them in light before the Most Blessed Sacrament in front of Truth. I then recalled the words that Mirjana once said while I was with her. She said, “When you pray for unbelievers, you are praying for yourself, because bad things come from unbelievers.”

Then I asked Our Lady, “how different is this prayer when we just pray for your intentions instead of offering the prayer specifically for unbelievers. If we pray for your intentions aren’t you using the prayer for those who do not know Jesus?”

Her reply to me went as such…

“…All graces flow from my hands; but when you pray in this way I draw directly from the source of grace itself; that is through my Son whom gave His life surrendering Himself on the holy Cross for the sins of men. ‘My Son, my Son’ I cry out to Him, mindful of his misery in torment for the hatred and coldness of man’s heart, while I am pleading for the forgiveness of sins in Him. I and my Son are the bridge that consoles the heart of the Almighty God. Here I do not remember those who hurt my Son and who still this day bring Him great suffering. No my little one, my eyes are always fixed upon the work of redemption in my Son.

This prayer that you offer for those who do not know my Son is most pleasing to me; for in this prayer I bring glory to the most merciful heart of God; appealing to Him for the ingratitude of men and that which my Son has endured. Never cease my little one, to appeal to the heart of the Father in Heaven in this way, for here you are most closely united with your Mother, and my Son through the work of redemption. Continue to pray with your Mother my little one in this way. I need your prayers to fulfill my plans.”

I then had an image of the Crucified on the cross. His body was all bloodied and He was in agony and our sorrowful Mother was in bitter grief falling to her knees with her eyes fixed upon Jesus her Son. Yet not only was she looking at her Son it appeared that her gaze was piercing through His heart as an open window to the Father in Heaven who was united in sorrowing weeping over His Son. In His agony, and remembering His love for him, the Father relents in His justice, for Jesus so loved us, that His burning love consumed this sins of men in His bloodied flesh. The Father who justly wants to deal in His justice for the crimes of men, seeing His Son, the living Passover relents and pours out His mercy through His Son.

Our Lady is appealing to us persistently to pray in this way. She said on another occasion, “God wants to convert the entire world and bring it to the way of salvation that leads to Himself.”

His love is so great, He sent His Mother in love to teach us the power of intercession through her. A multitude of souls will convert through this offering if we we only appeal to the Father through the Mercy of the Heart of Jesus. As I wrote this, I had a greater understanding of the Divine Mercy Chaplet and its significance for the world in this time.

Those who are in great suffering in this time of their trial have much to offer to God. Her it is that the Father sees His suffering Son incarnate in human form. Jesus said, “How pleasing to Him is living faith.”

You who are in the time of your trial; ‘pray for the Holy Spirit to impress the Spirit of Jesus within you, so the Father can see His Son in you; and so that you can be living apostles to the divine light in this time of darkness and hopelessness. Pray into your cross. Meditate on the Passion of Christ with love and adore Him in His suffering. Set out with Blessed Mother! This is how she will lead you to her Son; that is the way of the Cross to the Easter resurrection in her Son.

Please continue to pray for priests and your Shepherds to Jesus the High Priest that they may be worthy apostles of the Lord.

THE BRIDE MUST RESEMBLE HER BETROTHED (Divine Mercy to St. Faustina)

Medjugorje Monthly Message – 11/25/11

Blessed Mother’s Monthly Message – November 25, 2011

Dear children,

Today I desire to give you hope and joy. Everything that is around you, little children, leads you towards worldly things but I desire to lead you towards a time of grace, so that through this time you may be all the closer to my Son, that He can lead you towards His love and eternal life, for which every heart yearns.

You, little children, pray and may this time for you be one of grace for your soul.

Thank you for having responded to my call.

Be the Light of My Son, Part I

I am in the Father and the Father is in Me...

Dear friends, I want to remind you before reflecting on the recent message given by our Lady on 11/2/11 and also on 10/25/11. From the beginning of this year, the Blessed Mother has been reminding us of our familial bond as God’s family. But what comes to mind for me in all of this as I reflect upon her words of how we are the prodigal children of God. We’ve strayed far from the Father and squandered the inheritance.

I sat with the Lord before the Most Blessed Sacrament as I always do with the message, seeking light on how this message speaks to me and how I must put it to live personally. God in His graciousness gave a beautiful teaching.

This section will be a reflection on the first part of 11/2/11 Message, and the rest will be in part II and III. To remind you what she said…

“Dear children! The Father has not left you to yourselves. Immeasurable is His love, the love that is bringing me to you, to help you to come to know Him, so that through my Son, all of you can call him ‘Father’ with the fullness of heart, that you can be one people in God’s family…”

From the beginning she affirms to us….“The Father has not left you to yourselves…” God the Father has not abandoned you as many so often think that there is no God. He has not left us orphans!

Look at the love the Father has for us! He has sent Blessed Mother to us — not just for a short time but for almost a full generation; that is 30 years to date!

Our Lady reminds us so often, that we do not comprehend the greatness of this gift.

Our Lady used the word “immeasurable” to describe the love of the Father. IMMEASURABLE is His love!

Mirjana asked the pilgrims and to the world last month, “Do we deserve this?” Look around and see the sin that surrounds us and then ask again, “do we deserve this love?” Clearly NOT.

Think about this for a moment….

Over 2000 years ago God sent His only begotten Son to the world, not to condemn the world but to bring it to salvation; John 3:16.

Jesus says in the gospel that NO ONE can come to the Father except through HIM. Jesus is the way to the Father. We need to passover if you will through Jesus to get to the Father.

Jesus is the only perfect sacrifice, pleasing to the Father. That is; where ever the Father sees Jesus it brings Him great delight and great joy.

What does this mean for us?

If we want to please the Father we need to look like Jesus. That is, the Father needs to see Jesus in us this way. The Word incarnate must be; so to say ‘enfleshed’ in us in such a way that we are transformed into empty vessels void of sin for Jesus to dwell and possess our hearts. Then Jesus in us will lead us to the Father, which is the way to the promise land.

We have to live, breath, and eat the Word made flesh and die to ourselves. We have to live through Jesus, with Jesus and in Jesus, by way of carrying our daily cross to be worthy of Him, by way of His suffering, death and resurrection. If we die to our self with Him in this way, then He promises that we rise with him.

Now with this in mind; let’s look at Our Lady. In her life, she was consecrated from birth through her whole life, from beginning to end to the service of God. This is who she is, not what she did.

She was so immersed into God she dwelt in perfect union with Him always of one mind and heart. She grew up in the temple and lived a life of prayer and sacrifice, with holy devotion. She was found to be ‘highly favored’ by the Lord, so much so an angel of God Hailed her as one of royalty.

Through this the Holy Spirit consumed her, and overshadowed her, and then the Word which comes from the Spirit began to grow in her in living Flesh.

What does the Father see when He looks at the Blessed Virgin Mary? He sees the living tabernacle that carried His most beloved Son; as one who is spotless and without blemish, having no sin in her.

Consider the Ark of the Covenant in the old Testament, the dwelling place of God where the people worshiped. No ordinary man could come into the presence of the Ark, only the high priest dedicated to the Lord could come into the presence of the Ark.

If the Lord sees Our Lady as this sacred vessel as it was for the Ark of the Covenant, the most holy dwelling place of God, then how much more should we give honor to the Mother of God in her bodily form. The beauty and the grace in this, as Our Lady comes to us today as one of us. She comes as the handmaid of the Lord. That is, her Majesty the Queen of Heaven is lowering herself to we peasants, who are most undeserving of her presence among us.

She comes as Mother, the Queen of Peace in a most tender and loving way. She is looking at us beyond the sin in our hearts with great compassion as one who has been lost forever and desires us to just come home and be in heaven with her.

I had an experience with Our Lady just last week after Mass. I made a visit to her at the Lourdes grotto in our parish, to just pray with her. As I sat with her, I felt her in a special way just gazing at my heart. Then I realized that I had the presence of Jesus within me, from Holy Mass. I felt her adoring her Son in my heart, and as she was adoring Him, I felt a warmth of love burning in my heart, and interiorly saw the light of God glowing all the more, as if He wanted to shine from within to the outside. It was a most incredible experience, but the message I received from this was greater.

Jesus wants to be born into the world from our hearts. Our Lady desires that we adore Him the way she adored Him. If we want to love Him the way He should be loved, then we need to ask her to love Him in us. We have imperfect love, but the Mother’s love for Her Son is most perfect.

So what do we take from this? As the Lord once said to me in my heart, “Let your light shine!” Let the One Who is in you shine forth, and repeat the words in your heart, “I must decrease, so that He may increase in me.

“Jesus said to them, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. If you know me, then you will know the Father.” (John 14:6-7)

A Miracle in the Heart – Part I

Grace and Mercy dear Jesus...

“Dear children; Also today my motherly heart calls you to prayer, to your personal relationship with God the Father, to the joy of prayer in Him. God the Father is not far away from you and He is not unknown to you. He revealed Himself to you through my Son and gave you Life that is my Son. Therefore, my children, do not give in to temptations that want to separate you from God the Father. Pray! Do not attempt to have families and societies without Him. Pray! Pray that your hearts may be flooded by the goodness which comes only from my Son, Who is sincere goodness. Only hearts filled with goodness can comprehend and accept God the Father. I will continue to lead you. In a special way I implore you not to judge your shepherds. My children, are you forgetting that God the Father called them? Pray! Thank you.”

Mirjana said: “I have never said anything before, but are you aware, brothers, that the Mother of God was with us? Each of us should ask himself: ‘Are you worthy of this?’ I am saying this because it is difficult for me to see Her (Our Lady) in pain, because each of us is seeking a miracle, but does not want to work a miracle in himself.”

Just a couple of days ago, Blessed Mother gave this message to the world directed to those who do not know the Love of God. In other word the “unbeliever”.

So often I have repeated that the unbeliever is the one who lacks faith.

We may be strong in faith in some areas of our journey through life, but weak in faith in other areas. Or we may just choose to not believe in the mystery of the divine at all.

In my own prayer life however I have to ask again in my own heart what does this message say to me? Our Lady’s message is for every human person in the world. But like her Son, many do not give heed to her messages, or may hear it and put it aside and go about living as they do.

What came to mind for me was the parable about the fertile seed of the Word of God that fell on the ground, among the rocks, the weeds, or the birds ate it up, or it may land on rich fertile soil. The message of the Mother of God is not taking root because the soil of the heart is not rich enough for it to receive heaven’s word.

All of this is an analogy of the state of the human heart and where we are at in our state in life passing through our conversion. Our hearts may be filled with thorns of wounds and pain that will not allow the seed to take root. (Lk. 4) Or our hearts may be hardened as stone in some areas where we may be called to grow deeper in union with God. Our hearts may be distracted by worldly pleasures and sinful things that swallow up the word when spoken by absolutely ignoring the fact that we need to amend our lives for our own good. Only you can answer where you are in your state in life and which one you are.

I will continue with the reflection more in part II of this article, but what really caught my attention was the words of Mirjana after this message was given. Here I paid attention!

Hearing her comment about the message gives the message a whole new meaning. Very rarely does she every comment about the message when it is given. She receives the message and she dictates it to the one who is to announce it to the crowd. Mirjana goes back to her normal way of life as wife and mother, and then on certain days will host the pilgrims who stay with her.

So why did Mirjana feel compelled to say something this time? Seems she too is also disturbed by the fact that we human beings just aren’t getting it, and cannot comprehend the greatness of this gift we have with the Mother of God. We treat it as if it is nothing. Grave error my friends!

This woman holds the secret of the fate of the world. She knows what is going to happen when God’s justice comes to the world, and she makes no bones in saying, DO NOT WAIT FOR CONVERSION. FOR THOSE WHO IGNORE THIS CALL IT WILL BE TOO LATE!!!

Mirjana said repeating from above…

“I have never said anything before, but are you aware, brothers, that the Mother of God was with us? Each of us should ask himself: ‘Are you worthy of this?’ I am saying this because it is difficult for me to see Her (Our Lady) in pain, because each of us is seeking a miracle, but does not want to work a miracle in himself.”

ARE YOU AWARE THAT THE MOTHER OF GOD IS WITH US?

EACH SHOULD ASK HIMSELF; (paraphrasing) AM I WORTHY OF THIS?

Clearly we are not aware of this great gift from Heaven. Clearly we do not comprehend the magnitude of this gift. If we did, this whole world would be converted without question. And absolutely NOT is anyone worthy of this gift from heaven!!!

Then Mirjana reminds us of how difficult it is for her to see the Mother of God in such pain. How long is this blind human race and the members of the Church going to go on ignoring the fact that she is coming to the world.

But then there are those who are saying…. “I DON’T BELIEVE IT. GIVE ME A SIGN. SHOW ME MIRACLES. I WON’T BELIEVE UNTIL THE CHURCH SAYS ITS APPROVED…”and so on.

Mirjana says you are all missing the whole point. While you are waiting for your proof, you are missing the opportunity of grace to experience the miracle of God in your heart. This is the miracle of conversion of heart, purity of heart so that you can see God AS HE IS. NOT WHAT YOU THINK HE IS, BUT AS HE IS.

As a visionary, who has sacrificed her entire life from early childhood for these past 30 years, she has been most consistent in her testimony to the apparitions she receives. And so are the other 5 visionaries from Medjugorje.

There life alone should be a witness to the authenticity of the appearance of the Mother of God coming from heaven. They have absolutely no privacy. Millions of people have walked their grounds, passed through their homes, ravaged the land, mob the visionaries, judge them, persecute them and I can go on and on. They have been tested and continue to be tested by countless doctors, psychologists and the like who have all testified time and again, they are normal people.

They have been judged by the fact that they chose the vocation of marriage to live their cross and not religious life. When asked why they chose this, they respond by saying, “Our Lady says we are free to choose…” But later Mirjana said that Blessed Mother wished she would have chose religious life as it would have gone easier for her.

This spoke loud to me my friends. Because the majority of the Church is the lay vocation. Their witness shows that heaven is calling the lay to holiness in marriage and family life. I think many would agree, we need holy marriages today. We need holy families today, right?

Holiness does not just belong to the celibate life! Every human being is called to holiness in his state in life!

If you don’t agree then you are part of the problem of why the world is falling apart and have a gross distortion of the meaning of holiness, which only means living a life of virtue in prayer, in the ways of God, by living out his Commandments.

Their whole life has been thus far spent on witnessing and giving the testimony of the message Our Lady speaks to the world, knowing first and above all they have to live it as well, as their way of the cross. At the same time trying to keep a good quality family life and not exposing their children to worldly ways. As a parent today, I think you know how hard this is to accomplish. But greater is the responsibility on the visionaries who have received such gifts from heaven.

To be a Christian in today’s world is to be a martyr, because as you can see it is the Christian that is at the front line of the attacks in the world, and its moral belief. And at the front of the attack is the Catholic Church, human life and the family from the heads of government to the family member in the home.

The Catholic Church is the moral conscience for the world.

In part II of this article, Our Lady address’ this grave problem for the world.

“As he drew near he saw the city and wept over it saying, ‘if this day you only knew what makes for peace – but now it is hidden from your eyes. For the days are coming upon you when your enemies will raise a palisade against you; and they will encircle you and hem you in on all sides. They will smash you to the ground and your children within you and they will not leave one stone upon another within you because you did not recognize the time of your visitation.” (Luke 19:41-44)

Monthly Message to Mirjana 8/2/11

Become a new people with my Soon

Dear children,

Today I call you to be born anew in prayer and through the Holy Spirit, to become a new people with my Son; a people who knows that if they have lost God, they have lost themselves; a people who knows that, with God, despite all sufferings and trials, they are secure and saved.

I call you to gather into God’s family and to be strengthened with the Father’s strength.

As individuals, my children, you cannot stop the evil that wants to begin to rule in this world and to destroy it. But, according to God’s will, all together, with my Son, you can change everything and heal the world.

I call you to pray with all your heart for your shepherds [priests], because my Son chose them. Thank you

Wake Up Unbelivers!

If only they would be converted, I will heal them...

“Dear children, Give thanks with me to the Most High for my presence with you. My heart is joyful watching the love and joy in the living of my messages. Many of you have responded, but I wait for, and seek, all the hearts that have fallen asleep to awaken from the sleep of unbelief. Little children, draw even closer to my Immaculate Heart so that I can lead all of you toward eternity. Thank you for having responded to my call.” June 25, 2011 (30th Anniversary Message)

Dear friends in this joyful message from the Mother of God on the 30th Anniversary of Apparitions and messages from the Queen of Peace in heaven, I found it odd that the Lord would lead me to this scripture for reflection. But after pondering the Word of God for a while, I have a deeper understanding. The Lord dropped Matthew 13 into my heart this morning while I was in prayer and adoration. Many of us know this scripture, it is the parable of the Sower.

He has really been speaking lately in my private life about a pending move for our family. We are being sent to Texas, and I use the word ‘sent’.

My first visit to Texas was on Pentecost Sunday, as we went down to go look for houses.

The scripture this day for Pentecost was “as the Father has sent me, so I send you to go and bear fruit that will remain…”

Well this move is quite a surprise for us as a family. But we knew that we were being sent even before this word came from God on Pentecost. It was only confirmation for us on that day.

The south has been experiencing a drought which I learned going down there. Hard to believe with so much rain we have been getting here in Omaha, with the rivers over flowing and flooding. The Lord speaks often through his creation about his people.

I felt I was in a whole different country though in Texas, in total desolation and desert, with 100 + degree weather. All the more I was not able to get to holy mass for 5 days, which was most unusual for me as I’ve attended daily mass faithfully for over 15 years now.

The Lord really wanted me to experience this desert. I asked him why is this happening. He gave this message. (Keep in mind dear friends, this is private revelation, therefore, take what is good for your own discernment. When the Lord speaks this way, He wants to do something, and is calling for prayer, or fasting, reparation or penance of some sort).

This was His Word to my heart:

” I first had an image of the land in Texas in the coming days plush and green with gardens of flowing water, and the rivers full.” I asked the Lord, how did He want to begin his work here?

He said, “My people must pass through the waters. For now I have closed the heavens until an appointed time, but soon the day is coming when I will pour forth my blessing upon the land. For thus it is so with my people; for their hearts are far from Me, dry without life, as the parched dried up land. Their words of praise come from their lips, but no life remains in them. They are like sheep without a shepherd; yet I desire to lead them to green pastures…Behold I am the one Who is called Faithful and True. Abide in my love…fix your gaze upon your eternal spouse for I desire to unite myself with you…”

In this I understood the Lord is waiting on His people to turn to Him, and return to prayer and fasting.

Shortly after, the message of the Queen of Peace is sent from Heaven. And again Our Lady is waiting on those to WAKE UP FROM THEIR SLEEP OF UNBELIEF.

On another occasion, Our Lady said the world is in a “spiritual coma” and that “faith has become extinguished in the world” and that she has come to awaken the faith.

Here we are speaking of all the baptized Christians, who have fallen into a deep sleep of unbelief and do not live their Christian vocation. Remember for the one who has been baptized in the Lord Jesus Christ, has received the gift of FAITH, HOPE AND LOVE. This is an indelible mark or a seal upon the soul, where one has been born into the life of Christ.

But guess what? If we do not live the Christian vocation, these Baptismal gifts go dormant in us, as though of a hibernation…ah a deep spiritual sleep.

Jesus warned his apostles to “stay awake and pray that you may not undergo the test!” But they often found themselves sluggish and were caught by surprise when the hour came and Jesus was arrested and taken from them.

Today however as I was led to, Matthew 13 in the parable of the sower, the Lord makes it very clear that he is speaking in a parable that the crowds did not understand, as if he did not want to waste time. Because He quoted from the prophet Isaiah in this parable, “you shall hear but not understand, look but never see. Gross is the heart of this people, they will hardly hear with their ears; they have closed their eyes…”

The Lord is saying there are people who are choosing to ignore him, choosing to not believe but pretend to believe.

But then, you feel the pain of his heart when He says, “if only they see with their eyes, or hear with their ears, and understand with their heart and be converted, and I will heal them.”

My friends, this is the cry and the pain of Jesus and His Mother of this 30th Anniversary message.

If only unbelievers would open their eyes and see, open their ears and choose to hear, and decide for conversion, then Jesus will heal. But as it was in this story, the Lord was put off by this people, and shook the dust from His sandals. And He said, to those who have more, more will be given, to those who have little, little will be given.

In other word if you seek first the Kingdom of God the treasures of heaven will be poured out upon you and you will have knowledge of what many longed to see and know. But many turn their hearts from this and follow the way of the world.

Our Lady has been preparing us for a great event that is to come upon the world. Where everyone on this earth will experience the Lord of God. 30 years of Nazareth years we have had with her being formed by the Mother as Jesus had with her as preparation for his public mission. Those who have been living and following her messages, Our Lady is filled with joy and gratitude, for our hearts are made ready to face our God.

But for you unbeliever her heart is sad, because when the day comes and all is made known in truth, you will hide in your shame, as you will see yourself as God sees you in your sinful pitiful state. Do not wait, says the Mother of God for your conversion…for the unbelievers is will be too late. What a waste of life spent on earth for the one who chooses to ignore such a great grace from God.

Dear Jesus, you are the most High God, the one who is called faithful and true. Reclaim what belongs to you, and claim the victory in human hearts. Convert sinners! Our Lady Queen of Peace pray for us!

“Once committed to conversion the heart learns to pray in faith. Faith is a filial adherence to God beyond what we feel and understand. It is possible because the beloved Son gives us access to the Father. He can ask us to “seek” and to “knock” since he himself is the door and the way.” (CCC 2609, Mt. 7:7-11, 13-14)

Please increase your prayer and fasting for the conversion of sinners!

Mirjana’s Words About the Sign and Warning to the World

Convert as quickly as possible. Open your hearts to God...

The following words were written in a letter to Pope John Paul II on 12/16/1983 conveyed by Mirjana given to her spiritual director at the time for 1983 and then relayed to the Pope.

“During the apparition of December 25, 1982, according to Mirjana the Madonna confided to her the tenth and last secret, and revealed to her, the dates in which the different secrets will be realized. The Blessed Virgin revealed to Mirjana some aspects of the future, up to the point in greater detail than to the other seers. For this reason, I am reporting here what Mirjana told me in a conversation of November 5, 1983. I summarized the essentials of her account, without literal quotation. Mirjana told me:

Before the visible sign is given to mankind, there will be three warnings to the world. The warnings will be in the form of events on earth. Mirjana will be a witness to them. Ten days before one of the admonitions, Mirjana will notify a priest of her choice. The witness of Mirjana will be confirmation of the apparitions and a stimulus for the conversion of the world.

After the admonitions, the visible sign will appear on the site of apparitions in Medjugorje for all the people to see. The sign will be given as a testimony to the apparitions and in order to call people back to faith.

The ninth and tenth secrets are serious. They concern chastisements for the sins of the world. Punishment is inevitable for we cannot expect the whole world to be converted. The punishment can be diminished by prayer and penance, but it cannot be eliminated. Mirjana says that one of the evils that threatened the world, the one contained in the seventh secret, has been averted thanks to prayer and fasting. That is why the Blessed Virgin continues to encourage prayer and fasting:

“You have forgotten that through prayer and fasting you can avert wars and suspend the laws of nature.”

After the first admonition the others will follow in a rather short time. Thus people will have some time for conversion.

The interval will be a period of grace and conversion. After the visible sign appears, those who are still alive will have little time for conversion. For that reason, the Blessed Virgin invites us to urgent conversion and reconciliation. The invitation to prayer and penance is meant to avert evil and war, but most of all to save souls.

According to Mirjana the events predicted by the Blessed Virgin are near. By virtue of this experience, Mirjana proclaims to the world, ‘CONVERT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. OPEN YOUR HEARTS TO GOD.’

Do you want God or not? June 2, 2011 Message to Mirjana

Message to Mirjana – June 2, 2011

Look into your hearts dear children....

Dear children,

As I call you to prayer for those who have not come to know the love of God, if you were to look into your hearts you would comprehend that I am speaking about many of you. With an open heart, sincerely ask yourselves if you want the Living God or do you want to eliminate Him and live as you want.

Look around you, my children, and see where the world is going, the world that thinks of doing everything without the Father, and which wanders in the darkness of temptation. I am offering to you the light of the Truth and the Holy Spirit. According to God’s plan I am with you to help you to have my Son, His Cross and Resurrection, triumph in your hearts. As a mother, I desire and pray for your unity with my Son and His works. I am with you; you decide. Thank you.

This is a serious message my friends. I have written on many occasions explaining that everybody is an unbeliever in one way or another. When we lack faith, we are an unbeliever. Today Our Lady is affirming these words. It boils down to do you want God in your life or not. Plain and simple.

We do not comprehend the great grace that has been given to us in this time. Our lady has been with us for 30 years this month. Many of us grew up with her and nothing different that being with her in the world. it is almost a whole lifetime for most.

But Our Lady made it very clear at one time when she said, “when I am gone, you will lament for the message…”

What little importance do we give to her in this time.

How many realize that the sin in this world is so severe that we as a human race are unworthy of the goodness of God in our life. Jesus told St. Faustina that we could not even accept His grace if it weren’t for His love for His creatures, and special help from Him. And here again, the Lord in His goodness has sent His Mother to the earth to warn the people for the LAST TIME.

God keeps bringing to my heart the days of Noah. I do not like to be what many call a dooms dayer, but truth must be spoken here. The day of Justice is near. And by the tone of the Mother of God in this message, and the signs that are being given in the world, there is no doubt there is something looming for the world. What we are experiencing in natural disasters today is nothing and but a small taste of what is to come.

Our Lady said above…“Look around you and see where the world is going…”

Isn’t it obvious? The world is spiraling down into a cesspool of slimy filth. But remember, just like in the days of Noah, the people we still making merry and mocking those who believed until the day Noah entered the Ark, and the doors were closed. And they all perished in the flood.

God is offering a New Ark to His people for this time and for this generation. She is a refuge of Hope with the Ark of the New Covenant; the Mother of God. She once said in my prayer, that “all good things pass through her hands“. It takes wisdom to understand these words.

To keep it simple however, just look at the picture of Our Lady of Grace, and the rays that pour forth from her hands. She is the vessel and worthy spouse of the Holy Spirit. Every grace, every treasure from Heaven, every gift from God passes through her as if she were the bridge to heaven. Jesus once described the abyss that separates God and the Creatures. In this abyss His mercy fills the chasm, but we forget who was there at the cross with him praying.

I once prayed about this, and I saw in the abyss the crucified Christ who was suffering in great agony, and blood was pouring from His wounds upon the earth as the Father was above Him looking only at His Son. But beneath the Lord was Our Lady off to the side. As the Lord agonized all the more in His suffering rays of light burst forth from His wounds and poured out as if filling up the Mother of God, and through Her hands the rays were filled with color that fell upon the earth, and the world lit up like the sun.

He explains the difference here, as through His blood we have been saved, but we forget the cost and the price He paid for our sins, as atonement to the Father in the perfect sacrifice. This justice will have to be addressed in the final day to the Father, if we have not taken the cost of our salvation with seriousness. St. Paul said one must discern the body and his sins before receiving the perfect sacrifice of the altar in the Eucharist. And it is a fact that men receive the Eucharist who never confess their sins, or habitual sinners and taking the Lord for granted.

But with Our Lady in this image with Jesus Crucified, the sacrifice of Jesus united with her suffering softens the just anger of God. For the mother loves her children, her people, and has accepted her vocation in its fullness, and desires to bring the blessing of her Son no matter how bad or disobedient her children are. She wants to clothe them in her grace, redress them, clean them up, to make them presentable to the loving Father.

But my friends, guess what we are doing, when we do not accept this grace from Heaven and do not put to life her messages, or as the Blessed Mother just said “do not choose God’s way in this time”?

We are shoving the holy Mother aside as if to say she is not important enough, and boldly approach His Majesty, the King, the Almighty God alone without an advocate to come to our aide. And the ancient custom for this was death! WOE TO THE ONE WHO IGNORES HIS MOTHER!

This is a gift from heaven dear people of God, and those who claim to be God’s people. How would it be for you if you handed a gift to someone and they looked at you in the eyes, and threw the gift aside and said, “Oh, that’s nice…” and then just put it on the shelf or throw it away, ignoring the giver of the gift, and what was in the box!

Do we realize what we are doing? Stupid, stupid people! Wake up!

Why can’t we see this my friends. Why do we choose to ignore the abomination of sin and do nothing about it and remain silent? What is wrong with us?

Many may say that they go to confession, and are living out their faith in the best way. I see and hear this all the time. And I see at the same time the same people boasting in themselves because they are in their “own eyes” proudly living their faith. And I see the same people judging others because they are not like them.

But to hear these words of the Mother of God, it is not enough to talk about the faith or study the faith, it must be lived. There is a level of conversion she wants to bring us to, and she is very FIRM IN HER WORDS, THIS GENERATION OF PEOPLE ARE NOT THERE YET, as much as we like to think we are. And this generation is not speaking out boldly against sin.

We need to hear our priests preach the gospel. Not just tell stories that have nothing to do with the gospel. Jesus said PREACH THE GOSPEL dear apostles. We the lay need to be fed the living Word of God. Preach it boldly! And call sin what it is, SIN! Sin is an abomination to God. God hates sin…loves the sinner but hates sin. Jesus was kind, but when sin was committed He called it out, and shut it down! Then families can take what is preached into the home, and teach these children to be children of God. There is no more room for error. We all have a part in this plan. It’s time to buck up and walk the talk!

The human race is at emnity with its Creator, and is choosing to be its own God. You heard it above from the Mother herself, who of course does not speak on her own, but is sent from God to convey the Word.

It is sickening to me to see how people react when I bring up Medjugorje. Some say they want to wait until the Church approves it. For you dear friends who think this way…I will say to you boldly – it will be too late! The Blessed Mother has made that very clear. She said, “DO NOT WAIT, FOR THE UNBELIEVERS IT WILL BE TOO LATE.” If you choose to wait, and not to believe, you are counted among this number that she speaks of as “unbeliever.” There is no gray here. It will be too late.

Do we know that the apparitions of Rue de Bac have never been approved by the Church to this day, but we all still wear the miraculous medals? Are you still waiting for the approval of this? But the visionary St. Catherine was made a saint, the medal was struck in her time, and it was worn, and miracles occurred.

A Cardinal just recently said, that the pastoral plan of the Mother of God is not always the same as the Theological plan of the Church; (Lourdes for example). But the Church did adapt the plan, and still today people still come to Lourdes France right?

Today the pastoral service of the Church is to serve the people of God and help support pilgrims coming to Medjugorje. He said that Blessed Mother is giving practical guidelines to living out the Christian vocation. And that the Mother of God is THE PERFECT THEOLOGIAN. He affirmed that the Church cannot exclude Medjugorje but provide the pastoral support that it needs. These apparitions will not be approved until the apparitions cease or a visionary dies. Neither of these have happened yet. Cardinal Schonborn advised that God’s people need to be patient as God has been patient with us for these 30 years.

Parishes and diocese should help give pastoral support to those called to go to Medjugorje. This is declared from the Church.

Well, is God’s patience running thin? I think we only need to hear this message and practically think, YES IS THE APPROPRIATE WORD! I can see my self in this parental role telling my own child, when I have had enough of the antics boldly saying to them. Here it is. This is your choice right now. You either decide to do such and such or not. If you do not, I cannot help you and you are on your own. If you do what I suggest, then I can help you this way. From there, the child needs to decide.

This is where the Mother of God has left it for you. Not for the one next door, not for the one in the other city. It is for you dear reader. You decide.

The apostles taught about what Jesus was going to do to the Lawless one. This is the one who does not live the Law “the Commandments of God.” But is one who puts himself above the law, declaring he is a god, who in truth comes from satan. If we are seeing in truth, I think we can recognize many lawless ones in our midst who are declaring their own laws for the people. But the Lord will kill them with His breath. This same scripture says, that those who in alliance with this lawless one, the Lord has sent upon them a deceiving spirit that they would believe the lie. (2 Thes. 2)

Do we see what is happening here? The Blessed Mother says she is bringing with her the Spirit of Truth, that is the Holy Spirit that Jesus spoke of in John 14 and 15. She wants us to have the truth and to see the truth. Jesus said the world does not know the truth, but when the Holy Spirit comes He will convict the world in truth and remind us of all that He taught us.

Today is the Feast of the Annunciation of the Lord. Today marks the beginning of the novena to the Holy Spirit, for the Day of Pentecost. My dear friends. beg the Father to send the Holy Spirit of Truth. We need it more than ever! And offer a Fast and renunciation that He may come to your spirit house in your body, that you may be a fit sacrifice to God. Ave Maria!

Come Holy Spirit, come!

“Christ’s call to conversion continues to resound in the lives of Christians. The “second conversion” is an uninterrupted task for the whole Church who ‘clasping sinners to her bosom is at once holy and always in need of purification, and follows constantly the path of penance and renewal. This endeavor of conversion is not just a human work. It is the movement of a ‘contrite heart’ drawn and moved by grace to respond to the merciful love of God who loved us first.” (CCC 1428, Ps. 51:17, Jn.6:44, 12:32, 1 Jn. 4:10)

Coming out of the Desert-Passion Week Reflections

Unless I wash you, you will have no inheritance with me

Our Lady once said in Medjugorje, “Great is the love of God. I repeat Great is His love…” This coming week we will walk with the Two Hearts of Jesus and Mary as we enter into Holy Week, mindful of the Passion of the Lord.

Take time this week to go into solitude and silence, and reflect in deep contemplation the mystery of man’s redemption.

These reflections are the beginning of the way of the Cross, and through the week, I will post the remaining reflections to complete the Passion of the Lord. Let us never forget all that the Lord has done for us. For we have been purchased at the price of His blood.

Remember also, Our Lady never left his side on the way of the Cross. She is always with us as well in our times of trial and stuggles.

At the cross her station keeping,
stood the mournful mother weeping,
close to Jesus to the last…

Opening reflection:
“Dear children! Rejoice with me in this time of spring when all nature is awakening and your hearts long for change. Open yourselves, little children and pray. Do not forget that I am with you and I desire to take you all to my Son and He may give you the gift of sincere love towards God and everything that is from Him. Open yourselves to prayer and seek a conversion of your hearts from God; everything else He sees and provides. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (4/25/02)

Day 1 – “The chief priests and the entire Sanhedrin kept trying to obtain false testimony against Jesus in order to put Him to death, but they found none, though many false witnesses came forward.” (Mt. 26:59-60)

Jesus: “Do not be surprised that you are sometimes unjustly accused. I myself first drank this cup of undeserved suffering for love of you (289). When I was before Herod, I obtained a grace for you; namely that you would be able to rise above human scorn and follow faithfully in my footsteps.”

Blessed Mother: “I am teaching you love and I am showing you that the dear Father has loved you…He sacrificed His Son for your salvation, my children. I am leading you children towards love, towards the dear Father. I am leading you toward eternal life. Eternal life is my Son. Accept him and you will have accepted love.”

St. Faustina: We are sensitive to words and quickly want to answer back without taking any regard as to whether it is God’s will that we should speak. A slient soul is strong; no adversities will harm it if it perseveres in silence. The silent soul is capable of attaining the closest union with God.

Songs 4:11, Songs 1:1-2, Songs 2:8, Songs 4:16

Day 2 – “Pilate took Jesus and had Him scourged. And the soldiers wove a crown out of thorns and placed it on His head, and clothed Him in a purple cloak, and they came to him and said, “Hail King of the Jews!” So Jesus came out wearing the crown of thorns and the purple cloak. Pilate said to them, ‘behold the man!’ When the chief priests and the guards saw Him, they cried out, ‘crucify Him!’” (John 19:1-6)

Jesus – “Do not be afraid of sufferings, I am with you. The more you will come to love suffering the purer your love for me will be.”

Blessed Mother: “I am always with you, and do not be afraid of temptations because God is always watching over us. Also I have given myself to you and I sympathize with you even in the smallest temptation.”

St. Faustina: Jesus, I thank you for the little daily crosses, for opposition to my endeavors, for the hardships of communal life, for the misinterpretation of my intentions, for humiliations at the hands of others, for the harsh way in which we are treated, for false suspicions, for poor health and loss of strength, for self denial, for dying to myself, for lack of recognition in everything, for the upsetting of all my plans…

Songs 5:1, Rev. 21:2, Gen. 3:1-5, Rev. 12:13-17

Day 3 – “We had all gone astray like sheep, each following his own way; but the Lord laid upon Him the guilt of us all…” (Is. 53:6, 12)

Jesus: “Involuntary offenses of souls do not hinder my love for them or prevent me from uniting myself with them. But voluntary offenses, even the smallest obstruct my graces and I cannot lavish my gifts on such souls.” (1641).

Blessed Mother: “I call all of you to decide for holiness. May for you little children, always in your thoughts and in such situations holiness be in the first place, in work and in speech. In this way you will also put it into practice; little by little, step by step prayer and a decision for holiness will enter your family. Be sure with yourselves and do not bind yourselves to material things but to God.”

St. Faustina: My Jesus, despite your graces, I see and feel all my misery O my Jesus how prone I am to evil, and this forces me to be constantly vigilant. But I do not lose heart. I trust God’s grace, which abounds in the worst misery.

Lk. 1:30, Ps. 19:5-6, Songs 8:6

Day 4 – “Behold, this child is destined for the fall and rise of many in Israel, and to be a sign that will be contradicted so that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed. And you yourself a sword will pierce…” (Lk. 2:34-35)

Jesus: “Although all the works that come into being by My will are exposed to great sufferings, consider whether any of them has been subject to greater difficulties than that work which is directly mine – the work of redemption. You should not worry too much about adversities.” (1643)

Blessed Mother: “I thank you for every sacrifice you have offered. And now I urge you to offer every sacrifice with love. I wish you, the helpless ones to begin helping with confidence and the Lord will keep on giving to you in confidence…(Queen of Peace)

“I am Mother to you all, thanks to the unfathomable mercy of God. Most pleasing to me is that soul which faithfully carries out the will of God. Be courageous. Do not fear apparent obstacles, but fix your gaze upon the passion of my Son, and in this way you will be victorious…” (1643)

St. Faustina; Mary, Mother of Mercy be near me always, especially in suffering as you were on your Son’s way of the cross.

Eph. 3:17-19, Eph. 5:21, Hos. 2:21-22

Day 5 – “As they led Him away they took hold of a certain Simon, a Cyrenian, who was coming in from the country; and after laying the cross on him, they made him carry it behind Jesus…” (Lk. 23:26)
Jesus: “Write that by day and by night My gaze is fixed upon him, and I permit these adversities in order to increase your merit. I do not reward for good results but for the patience and hardships undergone for my sake.” (86)

Blessed Mother: “I wish to tell you to open your hearts to the Master of all hearts. Give me all your feelings and all your problems! I wish to comfort you in all your trials. I wish to fill you with peace, joy and love of God.”

St. Faustina: “Jesus, you do not give a reward for the successful performance of a work, but for the good will and the labor undertaken. Therefore, I am completely at peace, even if all my undertakings and efforts should be thwarted or should come to naught. If I do all that is in my power, the rest is not my business.”

Hos. 2:16, Songs 2:13-14, Luke 1:46-55, John 19:26-27

Day 6 – “He grew up like a sapling before him, like a shoot from the parched earth there was in him no stately bearing to make us look at him, no appearance that would attract us to him. He was spurned and avoided by men, a man of suffering, accustomed to infirmity. One of those from whom men hide their faces spurned, and we held him in no esteem.” (Is. 53:2-3)

Jesus: “Know that whatever good you do to any soul, I accept it as if you had done it to me.” (1768)

Blessed Mother: “I see that you are tired. I wish to support you in your effort, to take you in my arms so that you may be close to me. I give you my heart; accept it. I wish to be constantly with you, with the heart.”

St. Faustina: I am learning how to be good from Jesus, from Him who is goodness itself, so that I may be called a child of the Heavenly Father (669). Great love can change small things into great ones, and it is only love which lends value to our actions. (303)

Week 5-Lenten Exercise “Lord Grant Us Perseverence”

The Bride must resemble her betrothed...

The Lord has asked me to slow down for this week, as there are many who are struggling with being able to keep up with this exercise. DO NOT GIVE UP, PRESS ON ALL THE MORE AND KEEP YOUR FOCUS. For this reason the gift we will work on is the gfit of Fortitude and the strength to carry the cross all the way to calvary.

Living the life of Jesus and the way of the cross is not easy, but it comes with a triumph in the end. If we do not believe this, then meditate on the death and passion of the Lord. He has risen and is fully alive today and in our midst. But we must see with the eyes of faith, and firmly believe that Jesus makes all things new!

We are coming to the end of this Lenten journey in just a mere couple of weeks. Review and look back to see how far you have come. Where are the areas of growth for you and reflect about what you have experienced thus far with this walk through the desert with Jesus and Mary, and what gift of grace the Lord has prepared for you. Keep your focus on the vision of the plan of God for you. Do not be dismayed if this plan is not exactly the way you imagined it would be, for all too often we put our human expectations and emotions in the plan.

God seeks only our salvation. And His plan will acheive that end in its perfection, and is contrary to our own way of thinking. IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE IT TO CONFESSION YET THIS MONTH, DO SO AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO PREPARE YOUR HEART FOR THE RISEN LORD TO ENTER.

Throughout this week pray for a deep gift of fortitude to continue the journey.

REMEMBER PRAY TO THE HOLY SPIRIT BEFORE WORKING ON THE DAILY EXERCISES

Daily Meditation:

“Dear children! I invite you to reflect about your future. You are creating a new world without God, only with your own strength and that is why you are unsatisfied and without joy in the heart. This time is my time and that is why, little children, I invite you again to pray. When you find unity with God, you will feel hunger for the Word of God and your heart, little children, will overflow with joy. You will witness God’s love wherever you are. I bless you and I repeat to you that I am with you to help you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (1/25/97)

Day 1
“Dear children! Also today I am with you and I again call all of you to come closer to me through your prayers. In a special way I call you to renunciation in this time of grace. Little children, meditate on and live, through your little sacrifices, the passion and death of Jesus for each of you…” (2/25/98)

“My daughter, I am always with you. I have given you the opportunity to practice deeds of mercy which you will perform according to obedience. You will give me much pleasure if each evening you will speak to me especially about this task.” (Jesus – Diary #1267)

Jn. 10:17-18, Jn. 15:5, Rom. 8:29, 1 Jn. 4:18

Day 2
“…Only if you come closer to Jesus will you comprehend the immeasurable love He has for each of you. Through prayer and your renunciation you will become more open to the gift of faith and love toward the Church and the people who are around you. I love you and bless you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (2/25/98)

“…suffering will be a sign to you that I am with you…” (Jesus-Diary #869)

Is. 40:31, Ps. 18:1-2, Mt. 27:39-42

Day 3
“Dear children! Also today I call you to fasting and renunciation. Little children, renounce that which hinders you from being closer to Jesus. In a special way I call you; pray, because only through prayer will you be able to overcome your will and discover the Will of God even in the smallest things. By your daily life, little children, you will become an example and witness that you live for Jesus or against Him and His will.” (3/25/98)

“…It is in My Passion that you must seek light and strength…Fear nothing, I am with you.” (Jesus – Diary #654-55)

1 Cor. 13:4-8, Jn. 19:26, Mt. 16:21, Jn 13:37

Day 4
“….Little children, I desire that you become apostles of love. By loving, little children, it will be recognized that you are mine. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (3/25/98)

“Do not fear anything. I am with you. These matters are in My hands and I will bring them to fruition according to My mercy, for nothing can oppose my will…I am always in your heart; not only when you receive Me in holy Communion, but always.” (Jesus-Diary #573, 575)

Jn. 21:18, Jn. 21:19, Jn. 20:19, Acts 4:29-31

Day 5

“Dear children! Today I invite you to come still closer to me through prayer. Little children, I am your mother, I love you and I desire that each of you be saved and thus be with me in Heaven. That is why little children, pray, pray, pray until your life becomes prayer. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (8/25/98)

“…My delight is to be united with you. With great desire, I wait and long for the time when I shall take up My residence sacramentally in your convent. My spirit will rest in that convent and I will bless its neighborhood in a special way. Out of love for you all, I will avert any punishments which are rightly meted out by My Father’s justice…I have inclined my heart to your requests…” (Jesus – Diary #570)

Ex. 14:13-14, Eph. 6:11-13, Lk. 4:18, 2 Cor. 1:22

Day 6
“Dear children! Today I call you to become my witnesses by living the faith of your fathers. Little children, you seek signs and messages and do not see that with every morning sunrise, God calls you to convert and to return to the way of truth and salvation. You speak much little children, but you work little on your conversion. That is why, convert and start to live my messages, not with your words but with your life. In this way, little children you will have the strength to decide for the true conversion of the heart. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (9/25/98)

“…Your assignment and duty here on earth is to beg for mercy for the whole world. No soul will be justified until it turns with confidence to My mercy, and this is why the first Sunday after Easter is to be the Feast of Mercy. On that day, priests are to tell everyone about My great and unfathomable mercy….tell the confessor that the Image is to be on view in the church and not within the enclosure in that convent. By means of this image I shall be granting many graces to souls; so let every soul have access to it.” (Jesus – Diary 570)

Is. 53:5-6, Jn. 16:33, Rev. 2:10-11, Mt. 7:13

Week 4-Forty Days in the Desert-Lord Quench My Thirst

Lord quench my thirst for you...

Pray this week in a special way for the gift of an open and receiving heart, as a bride who receives her bridegroom in love and mercy.

Remember to begin each day with the prayer to the Holy Spirit. Really take the time this week to reflect on the theme of the Catechism of the Catholic Church with the weekly reflections. The Lord is moving a step forward and calling us into deeper union with Him. Remember to keep track of the way the Lord is moving in you through your prayer journal, and the areas of growth or healing He desires to accomplish through your heart.

A quick note – work at your own pace in these exercises according to your schedule in your state in life. Some days you may not be able to rest with the Lord as you are with other days. God honors your time you give to him, and can multiply the graces all the more.

Catechism of the Catholic Church – CCC 2655-2679

“Dear children, today I thank you for every opening of your hearts. Joy overtakes me for every heart that is opened to God especially from the parish. Rejoice with me! Pray all the prayers for the opening of sinful hearts. I desire that, God desires that through me. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (4/18/85)

Day 1

“Dear children, today I want to tell you to begin to work in your hearts as you are working in the fields. Work and change your hearts so that a new spirit from God can take its place in your hearts…” (4/25/85)

“…My beloved daughter, you have come to know well the depths of my mercy. I will do what you ask, but unite yourself continually with my agonizing heart and make reparation to my justice. Know that you have asked me for a great thing, but I see that this was dictated by your pure love for me, that is why I am complying with your requests…” (diary 873)

Ps. 19:10, Ps. 111:10, Jn. 21:16-17

Day 2

“Dear children, today I call you to prayer with the heart, and not just from habit. Some are coming but do not wish to move ahead in prayer. Therefore, I wish to warn you like a Mother. Pray that prayer prevails in your hearts in every moment. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (5/2/85)

“It is my Passion that you must seek light and strength…fear nothing, I am with you.” (Diary 654-55)

Jn. 21:15, Jn. 13:34, 2 Cor. 5:20-21

Day 3

“Dear children, no; you do not know how many graces God is giving you. You do not want to move ahead during these days when the Holy Spirit is working in a special way. Your hearts are turned toward the things of earth and they preoccupy you. Turn your hearts toward prayer and seek the Holy Spirit to be poured out on you….” (5/9/85)

“…My omnipotent mercy is active here. Happy the soul that takes advantage of this grace. What joy fills my heart when you return to me. Because you are weak, I take you in My arms and carry you to the home of my Father…” (diary 1486)

Rom. 8:19, Lk. 24:47, Acts 9:31

Day 4

“…I am calling you to more active prayer and attendance at Holy Mass. I wish your Mass to be an experience of God. I wish especially to say to the young people; be open to the Holy Spirit because God wishes to draw you to Himself in these days when satan is at work…” (5/16/85)

“…You have a special claim on my mercy. Let it act in your poor soul; let the rays of grace enter your soul; they bring with them light, warmth and life. My child, all your sins have not wounded my heart as painfully as your present lack of trust does; that after so many efforts of my love and mercy you shouldn’t doubt my mercy…” (Diary 1486)

2 Cor. 4:10-12, 1 Jn. 4:19, Jn. 15:12-13

Day 5

“Dear children, these days I call you especially to open your hearts to the Holy Spirit. Especially during these days the Holy Spirit is working through you. Open your hearts and surrender your lives to Jesus so that He works through your hearts and strengthens you in faith…” (5/23/85)

“Here soul, are all the treasures of my heart. Take everything you need from it. Tell me all, my child, hide nothing from me because My loving heart, the Heart of your best friend is listening to you.”

Matt. 9:11-13, Matt. 11:29-30, Is. 45:3

Day 6

“Dear children, I call you again to prayer with the heart. Let prayer, dear children be your everyday food in a special way when your work in the fields is so wearing you out, that you cannot pray with the heart. Pray, and then you shall overcome even every weariness. Prayer will be your joy and your rest. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (5/30/85)

“Poor soul, I see that you suffer much and that you do not have even the strength to converse with me. So I will speak to you. Even though your sufferings were very great, do not lose heart or give in to despondency. But tell Me my child, who has dared to wound your heart? Tell me about everything; be sincere in dealing with Me, reveal all the wounds of your heart. I will heal them, and your suffering will become a source of your sanctification…do not be discouraged. I know your boundless trust in me; I know you are aware of my goodness and mercy. Let us talk in detail about everything that weights so heavily upon your heart..talk to me simply as a friend to a friend. Tell me now, my child what hinders you from advancing in holiness?”

Rev. 21:3-5, 1 Jn. 1:3-4, Jn 3:16, Jer. 1:5-8

Week 3-Forty Days in the Desert-An Oasis of Peace

Through prayer become friends with Jesus

It’s been a little harder this week to get this post out. Seems there have been some technical difficulties taking place with the host company. There must be some good fruit coming. I hope the Lord is touching your hearts as He is with us and our family.

The beauty of this is to see my children dialoging with the Lord and the scriptures. Not only do we encourage relationships and build unity in the family, but we encourage them to have a heart to heart relationship with their eternal family.

Remember the Holy Spirit is the author of the Word. Never begin your prayer without the help of the Holy Spirit.

Also be sure to make a conscious effor to get to the sacrament of reconciliation during this time to fortify your strength for the continued journey and refresh your soul in the ocean of mercy. Remember our Lady just said, it is through the priests that she will triumph. Really ponder these words for her purpose for coming into the world.

Catechism of the Catholic Church References: 737-741, 797-98, 1472-74, 1502

Daily Reflection:

“Dear children, tonight your Mother is happy, joyful together with you. I would like to extend happiness to you. I would like to give you love, so you can bring this love and spread it to others. I would like to give you peace, so you can give this peace to others, so you can give this peace especially to families where hatred exists. I would like you, dear children to renew the family prayer, all of you. I would like you to encourage others to renew this prayer. Your Mother will help you.” (10/17/88)

Day 1

“Dear children, with motherly perseverance and love I am brining you the light of life to destroy the darkness of death in you. Do not reject me, my children. Stop and look within yourselves and see how sinful you are. Be aware of your sins and pray for forgiveness…” (11/2/10)

“…It should be of no concern to you how anyone else acts; you are to be My living reflection through love and mercy.” (St. Faustina replied, ‘Lord but they often take advantage of my goodness.’) “That makes no difference, My daughter. That is no concern of yours. As for you, be always merciful toward other people, and especially toward sinners.” (Diary 1446)

Jn. 11:1-4, Mt. 10:8, Mk. 14:12-15, Jn. 20:20-23

Day 2

“…My children you do not desire to accept that you are weak and little, but you can be strong and great by doing God’s will. Give me your cleansed hearts that I may illuminate them with the light of life, my Son. Thank you.” (11/2/10)

“…Oh how painful it is to me that souls so seldom unite themselves to Me in holy Communion. I wait for souls and they are indifferent toward Me. I love them tenderly and sincerely, and they distrust Me. I want to lavish my graces on them, and they do not want to accept them. They treat me as a dead object, whereas my Heart is full of love and mercy. In order that you may know at least some of my pain, imagine the most tender of mothers who has great love for her children, while those children spurn her love. Consider her pain. No one is in a position to console her. This is but a feeble image and likeness of my love.” (Diary 1447)

2 Cor. 10:3-6, Rev. 21:2-4, Acts 3:16-23, 4:10-12

Day 3

“Dear children! Today I call you to come closer to my Immaculate Heart…” (10/25/98)

“…Tell souls where they are to look for solace; that is in the Tribunal of Mercy. (Sacrament of Reconciliation). There the greatest miracles take place and are incessantly repeated. To avail oneself of this miracle, it is not necessary to go on a great pilgrimage or to carry out some external ceremony; it suffices to come with faith to the feet of My representative and to reveal to him one’s misery, and the miracle of Divine Mercy will be fully demonstrated. Were a soul like a decaying corpse so that from a human standpoint, there would be no restoration and everything would have already be lost. It is not so with God. The miracle of Divine Mercy restores that souls in full. Oh how miserable are those who do not take advantage of the miracle of God’s mercy. You will call out in vain, but it will be too late…” (Diary 1448)

Lk. 8:43-47, Prov. 3:1-12, Ez. 36:26, Act 4:16-20

Day 4

“….I call you to renew in your families the fervor of the first days when I called you to fasting, prayer and conversion. Little children, you accepted my messages with open hearts, although you did not know what prayer was. Today, I call you to open yourselves completely to me so that I may transform you and lead you to the heart of my Son Jesus, so that He can fill you with His love. Only in this way, little children, will you find true peace – the peace that only God gives you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (10/25/98)

“…First, do not fight against a temptation by yourself, but disclose it to the confessor at once, and then the temptation will lose all its force. Second, during these ordeals do not lose you peace; live in My presence; ask My Mother and the Saints for help. Third, have the certitude that I am looking at you and supporting you. Fourth do not fear either struggles of the soul or any temptation because I am supporting you; if only you are willing to fight, know that the victory is always on your side. Fifth, know that by fighting bravely you give Me great glory and amass merits for yourself. Temptation gives you a change to show Me your fidelity.” (Diary 1560)

Mt. 26:35, Lk. 22:33-34, Gal 2:20, Ps. 46, Jn 11:39-40

Day 5

“Dear children! Also today I am with you in a special way contemplating and living the passion of Jesus in my heart. Little children, open your hearts and give me everything that is in them; joys, sorrows, and even the smallest pain that I may offer them to Jesus; so that with His immeasurable love, He may burn and transform your sorrows into the joy of His resurrection…” (2/25/99)

“…I remind you my daughter, that as often as you heart the clock strike the third hour, immerse yourself completely in My mercy, adoring and glorifying it; invoke its omnipotence for the whole world, and particularly for poor sinners; for at that moment mercy was opened wide for every soul. In this hour you can obtain everything for yourself and for others for the asking. It was the hour of grace for the whole world – mercy triumphed over justice. (Diary 1572)

Jn. 11:44, Is. 55:8-9, Jn. 2:5, Lk. 23:43

Day 6

“…I now call you in a special way, little children for your hearts to open to prayer, so that through prayer you may become friends of Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (2/25/99)

“…My daughter, try your best to make the Stations of the Cross in this hour, provided that your duties permit it; and if you are not able to make the Stations of the Cross, then at least step into the chapel for a moment and adore in the Blessed Sacrament, My heart, which is full of mercy; and should you be unable to step into the chapel, immerse yourself in prayer there where you happen to be, if only for a very brief instant, I claim veneration for my mercy from every creature, but above all from you, since it is to you that I have given the most profound understanding of this mystery.” (Diary 1572)

Jn. 15:11-17, Heb. 11:8-11, Jn. 10:27-29, Rev. 7:14-17

Week 2-Spiritual Exercise-Food for the Journey

"Open yourselves to God the Creator..."

Our journey has begun with Jesus and Mary in the desert. As with most journey’s we need to make sure we have enough food and water to make the journey. In this case spiritual food (the Eucharist) and water (the waters of the baptism graces that we received from this past week).

I am already experiencing the movements of the Holy Spirit as certain areas in my heart are being broken open, in the way the Lord is going to do a deeper healing in my heart. I hope you are all witnessing the same. As I mentioned, we are in this journey together.

Feel free to share your thoughts in this post with others. You do not need to include your name, but only your experiences through your prayer, and journaling with the Lord through His Word, and the messages given.

Pray for a greater understanding of the presence of the Lord in the Eucharist, and to remain in the love of God.

REMEMBER TO PRAY TO THE HOLY SPIRIT, FOR YOU MUST GO TO THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR TO UNDERSTAND HIS WORDS. COME HOLY SPIRIT

Pay very close attention to how the Lord is moving in your heart with open eyes and hearts to understand the areas in your life where you may be experiencing troubles, or of constant conflicts over the same issues. The Lord may be getting your attention to these areas that are in need of healing, reconciliation, or to be used in a way for spiritual growth…Keep asking the Holy Spirit to reveal these areas if you are unsure.

Brief opening reflection….
(From Dialogue of St. Catherine of Sienna with the Father, “How God grieves over the Christian people, and particularly over His ministers, and touches on the subject of the Sacrament of Christ’s body and the benefit of the Incarnation”)

“…See how my spouse has defiled her face, and become leprous on account of her filthiness and self love, and swollen with the pride and avarice of those who feed on their own sin, what I say of the universal body and the mystical body of the Holy Church, I also say of my ministers, who stand and feed at the breasts of the Holy Church …

…Wishing however to restore man, who was enfeebled and could not satisfy for the above reasons my justice, the sins committed against Me, who am the Infinite good, I sent My Word, My own Son, clothed in your own very nature the corrupted clay of Adam, in order that He might endure suffering in the self same nature in which man had offended, suffering in His body even to the opprobitious death of the cross, and so He satisfied my justice and My divine mercy. For My mercy willed to make satisfaction for the sin of man and to dispose him to the good for which I had created him. This human nature joined with the Divine nature was sufficient to satisfy for the whole human race, not only on account of the pain which it sustained in its finite nature, but by virtue of the eternal Deity, the Divine and infinite nature joined to it…”

Catechism of the Catholic Church – CCC 1434 – 1460

Weekly Reflection:

“Dear children! Today I invite you in a special way to open yourselves to God the Creator and to become active. I invite you little children to see at this time who needs your spiritual or material help. By your example, little children you will be the extended hands of God, which mankind is called to witness and to become joyful carriers of God’s Word and of His love. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (2/25/97)

Day 1

“Dear children, at this time, do not only think of rest for your body but, little children seek time also for the soul. In silence may the Holy Spirit speak to you and permit Him to convert and change you. I am with you and before God I intercede for each of you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (7/25/06)

“…strengthen yourself for combat” (Diary #145 – In reference to when the soul displeases the Lord in sin. St. Faustina was running away from the Lord in facing certain things within her. In what way am I running from the Lord and not wanting to defeat the sin in me?)

Eph. 4:23-24, Prov. 4:1-7, Luke 22:19, Isaiah 41:10, Rev. 5:11-14

Day 2

“…today as never before I invite you to live my messages and put them into practice in your life. I have come to you to help you and therefore I invite you to change your life because you have taken a path of misery, a path of ruin. When I told you, ‘convert, pray, fast, be reconciled,’ you took these messages superficially. You started to live them and then you stopped, because it was difficult for you. No dear children when something is good, you have to persevere in the good and not think, “God does not see me, He is not listening, He is not helping.” And so you have gone away from God and from me because of your miserable interest…” (3/25/92 in part)

“…Be not afraid of you Savior O sinful soul, I make the first move to come to you, for I know that by yourself you are unable to lift yourself to me. Child, do not run away from your Father; be willing to talk openly with your God of mercy who wants to speak words of pardon and lavish his graces on you. How dear your soul is to Me! I have inscribed your name upon My hand; you are engraved as a deep wound in My heart…” (Diary 1485)

Eph. 2:19-22, 6:16, 1 Thes. 5:8, John 14:23-27, Isaiah 45:3

Day 3

“…I wanted to create of you an oasis of peace, love and goodness. God wanted you with your love and with His help to do miracles and thus give an example. Therefore, here is what I say to you, ‘satan is playing with you and with your souls and I cannot help you because you are far from my heart. Therefore, pray, live my messages and then you will see the miracles of God’s love in your every day life. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (3/25/92 in part)

“…I am your strength, I will help you in the struggle. My child, do you fear the God of mercy? My holiness does not prevent Me from being merciful. Behold, for you I have established a throne of mercy on earth – the tabernacle; and from this throne I desire to enter into your heart. I am surrounded by a retinue of guards. You can come to me at any moment, at any time; I want to speak to you and desire to grant you grace…” (Diary 1485)

Lk. 24:13-16, Lk 24:30-35, Is. 40:31, Mt. 13:1-9
(Ask the Lord in a special way to open your eyes to see, and your ears to hear for a greater knowledge and understanding of the Word He speaks here today for you personally. Write down what comes to your heart)

Day 4

“Dear children, today I invite you to prayer. Only by prayer and fasting can war be stopped. Therefore my dear little children pray and by your life give witness that you are mine and that you belong to me, because satan wishes in these turbulent days to seduce as many souls as possible. Therefore, I invite you to decide for God and He will protect you and show you what you should do and which path to take….” (4/25/92)

“…My mercy is greater than your sins and those of the entire world. Who can measure the extent of my goodness? For you I descended from heaven to earth; for you I allowed myself to be nailed to the cross, for you I let my Sacred Heart be pierced with a lance, thus opening wide the source of mercy for you. Come then with trust to draw graces from this fountain. I never reject a contrite heart. Your misery has disappeared in the depths of My mercy. Do not argue with me about your wretchedness. You will give me pleasure if you hand over to me all your troubles and grief. I shall heap upon you the treasures of My grace…” (Diary 1485)

(Meditate on the wounds of Jesus)

Mt. 13:10-17, Lk. 24:32, 2 Cor. 5:7, Ps. 36:6-13, Mt. 7:24-29

Day 5

“…I invite all those who have said, ‘yes’ to me to renew their consecration to my Son Jesus and to His heart and to me so we can take you more intensely as instruments of peace in this unpeaceful world…(4/25/92)

“Child speak no more of your misery; it is already forgotten. Listen My child to what I desire to tell you. Come close to my wounds and draw from the Fountain of Life whatever your heart desires. Drink copiously from the Fountain of Life and you will not weary on your journey. Look at the splendors of my mercy and do not fear the enemies of your salvation. Glorify My mercy…” (Diary 1485)

Mt. 10:24-26, Acts 8:26-40, Is. 53:7-12, Ps. 33:10-22

Day 6

“…Medjugorje is a sign to all of you and a call to pray and live the days of grace that God is giving you. Therefore, dear children, accept the call to prayer with seriousness. I am with you and your suffering is also mine. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (4/25/92)

“…My daughter tell souls that I am giving them My mercy as a defense. I Myself am fighting for them and am bearing the just anger of My Father. (Diary 1516) I have opened my heart as a living fountain of mercy. Let all souls draw from it. Let them approach this sea of mercy with great trust. Sinners will attain justification and the just will be confirmed in good. Whoever places his trust in My mercy will be filled with My divine peace at the hour of death.” (Diary 1520)

Jn. 10:10-15, Jn. 10:16-18, Jn. 4:23-24, Jn. 1:11-14, 1 Cor. 2:9-16

Day 7

Review

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavens, as he chose us in him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and without blemish before him. In love he destined us for adoption to himself through Jesus Christ, in accord with the favor of his will, for the praise of the glory of his grace that he gained us in the beloved…” (Eph. 1:3-6)

Week 1 – Lenten Exercise; Setting out on the Journey

This is my beloeved Son in whom I am well pleased...

FORTY DAYS IN THE DESERT

Try to Begin on Ash Wednesday. This exercise will continue through the GREAT FEAST OF DIVINE MERCY SUNDAY!

Do not begin this exercise without the help of the Holy Spirit. Pray every day for the Holy Spirit to come with His gifts, especially for the Spirit of Truth, that the Word spoken is taken into the heart in fullness of truth.

We will post these exercises week by week.

Remember we are walking with Jesus and Mary in the desert and with several hundred others who are joining us. You are not alone.

Each day you will find short scriptures to reflect with, along with the words of Jesus through Divine Mercy and Our Lady. Use these reflections as if both Jesus and Mary are speaking to you in the present moment as you would with Sacred Scripture.

It is best to record and dialog with the Lord and/or Blessed Mother with each reflection and scripture. And review at the end of the week what has come out of your thoughts and your heart. Begin to focus on areas that are repeated often, or things the Lord may reveal about you, or himself. God always speaks in repetition when He is conveying His Word, and what He desires to accomplish.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church paragraph(s) are provided for your reference to seek a deeper understanding of the faith and can be used at any time during this week.

This exercise may also be put to use with your family prayer and/or prayer groups. A member of the family or prayer group may keep a log of the family’s sharing time with the reflections and the scriptures given. This is an excellent way to see how the Holy Spirit is moving in your domestic church or within your parish.

Please remember, we are all on this journey together in this walk of faith with God. Feel free to share your experience through these exercises on this post, so that others can see that they are not alone on this journey through the desert. You may experience things or hear a Word from God that may inspire another soul. As the psalmist says, “Encourage each other daily while it is still today…

Tips to help you in your journey when you thirst through the desert….

Keep a balanced diet each day of your Lenten sacrficies and time with God. No time given to God is ever wasted, even if it were just for a few moments of the day. The Lord can multiply the grace of time as He desire for you.

In your fasting and penances, make note of your successes and failures as you see yourself in growth with the Spirit. It will help encourage you when the journey in the desert feels taxing and your are quenched with thirst. Let God love you as the gift you are!

Most important make time for Eucharistic Adoration a minimum of 1 hour a week; more if possible; and holy mass daily if possible as your schedule permits. Frequent the Sacrament of Reconciliation as often as you feel called…there is no limit to God’s Mercy for a soul that is open to His mercy.

Week 1 – Setting out on the Journey

Passing through Your Baptismal Gifts – CCC 538-550

This week pray for the gifts of your baptismal graces to be renewed in your heart, and to experience the love of God for you.

Week 1 – Daily Meditation:

“Dear children! Today I call you to unite with Jesus in prayer. Open your heart to Him and give Him everything that is in it; joy, sorrows, and illnesses. May this be a time of grace for you. Pray, little children, and may every moment belong to Jesus. I am with you and I intercede for you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (3/25/02)

Day 1

“…today again I invite you to pray, so that through prayer, fasting and small sacrifices you may prepare yourself for the coming of Jesus…” (11/25/96)

“My daughter, be always like a little child toward those who represent Me, otherwise you will not benefit from the graces I bestow on you through them.” (Diary 1260)

Matt. 13:17, 1 Cor. 6:19, Gal. 4:6, John 17:22-23, 1 Pet. 1:3

Day 2

“…May this time, little children be a time of grace for you. Use every moment and do good for only in this way will you feel the birth of Jesus in your hearts…” (11/25/96)

Through him it pleased me to proclaim the worship of my mercy. And through this work of mercy more souls will come close to me than otherwise would have even if he had kept giving absolution day and night for the rest of his life, because by so doing he would have labored only for as long as he lived; whereas, thanks to this work of mercy, he will be laboring till the end of the world…” (Diary 1256)

“…Know my daughter, that when I come to a human heart in holy Communion, my hands are full of all kinds of graces which I want to give to the soul. But souls do not even pay any attention to me; they leave me to myself and busy themselves with other things. Oh how sad I am that souls do not recognize Love! They treat me like a dead object…” (Diary 1385)

Rosary Novena for Unbelievers-Joyful Mysteries

I give my Son to you

Always begin prayer to the Holy Spirit….

Follow the normal instructions on the rosary beads and use the following meditations for reflection in prayer.

Come Holy Spirit…

Creed
Lord God our Father, Father of love together with Mary our dear Mother, your faithful servant and mother of love. I adore you today father together with Her I have decided to pray to you for all those who have not yet discovered your Fatherly love and for those who do not believe in your mercy. I pray to you for those who have distanced themselves from you. I pray for those who believe in you but who live as unbelievers because they have not experienced your fatherly love. Together with Blessed Mother I ask you to send your Holy Spirit upon me. Holy Spirit lead me in prayer and reveal his love to me so that my heart and my soul may be completely immersed in your love. Grant that I may be purified and healed in your love. Grant that I may be able to offer all of my prayers with love for my brothers and sisters who have not yet experienced your love.

Blessed Mother you have called me to pray today for those who do not know the love of God. Together with you, I offer this novena of prayer for your intentions, and for the conversion of sinners.

(Reflect on the meditation of Our Lady’s message for each day)

Day 1 “Dear children, this is a time of grace. Open yourselves to the Holy Spirit, for the Holy Spirit to make you strong. Your Mother, dear children wants especially to call you in this time to prayer and to sacrifice.” (6/1/90)

Day 2 “Dear children! Today I invite you to live peace in your hearts and families. There is no peace, little children where there is no prayer, and there is no love where there no faith. Therefore little children, I invite you all to decide again today for conversion. I am close to you and I invite you all little children, into my embrace to help you, but you do not want it, and so satan is tempting you, and in the smallest things your faith disappears. This is why little children pray and through prayer you will have blessing and peace. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (3/25/95)

Day 3 “Dear children! Do not forget that you are here on earth on the way to eternity and that your home is in Heaven. That is why little children, be open to God’s love and leave egoism and sin. May your joy be only in discovering God in daily prayer. That is why, make good use of this time and pray, pray, pray and God is near to you in prayer and through prayer. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (7/25/2000)

Day 4 “Dear children! I desire to share my joy with you. In my Immaculate Heart I feel that there are many of those who have drawn closer to me and are in a special way carrying the victory of my Immaculate Heart in their hearts by praying and converting. I desire to thank you and to inspire you to work even more for God and His Kingdom with love and the power of the Holy Spirit. I am with you and I bless you with my Motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (8/25/2000)

Day 5 “Dear children! Today I call you through prayer and sacrifice to prepare yourselves for the coming of the Holy Spirit. Little children this is a time of grace and so again I call you to decide for God the Creator. All Him to transform and change you. May your heart be prepared to listen to and live everything which the Holy Spirit has in His plan for each of you. Little children, allow the Holy Spirit to lead you on the way of truth and salvation towards eternal life. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (5/25/98)

Day 6 “Dear children, I am with you to take you all to my Son. I wish to bring you all to salvation. Follow me, because only in this way will you be able to find rue peace and happiness. My little children, come with me.” (5/2/2005)

Day 7 “There is no way without my Son. Do not think that you will have peace and joy if you do not have Him in the first place.” (6/2/2006)

“Dear children, God created you with free will to comprehend and to choose life or death. I as a Mother with motherly love desire to help you to comprehend and to choose life. My children, do not deceive yourselves with false peace and false joy. Permit me my children, to show you the true way, the way that leads to life-to my Son. Thank you.” (7/2/2006)

Day 8 “Dear children, with this message I call you to pray for peace. Particularly now when peace is in crisis, you be those who pray and bear witness to peace. Little children, be peace in this peaceless world. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (1/25/2003)

Day 9 “Dear children, here is my Son in my arms! I would like to ask you to be a light for all in the year to come. I would like to call you again to live the messages, those are messages of peace, conversion, prayer, penance and faith. Dear children, your Mother does not ask words from you, I ask for deeds. Your Mother will help you and She will give you the strength to continue. And tonight I would like to tell you; rejoice!” (12/25/89)

Joyful Mysteries

First Joyful Mystery Annunciation of the Lord –
Thank you Father for the love you have for your creatures, and especially for the love you have for Blessed Mother. Thank you for choosing her to be the Mother of your Son, and giving her to the world as a gift to your people. We thank you Father for her obedience and witness of faith, and for her trust in you that she said yes to your plan for the salvation of man. Blessed Mother I too want to thank you for your Fiat to God for our sake, and offering your body for the salvation of souls, which brought the redemption of mankind into the world. I remember now the call you have made to us your children saying,

“Dear children! Today I invite you to comprehend your Christian vocation. Little children, I led and am leading you through this time of grace, that you may become conscious of your Christian vocation. Holy martyrs died witnessing, ‘I am a Christian and love God over everything.’ Little children, today also I invite you to rejoice and be joyful Christians, responsible and conscious that God called you in a special way to be joyfully extended hands towards those who do not believe, and through the example of your life, they may receive faith and love for God. Therefore, pray, pray, pray that your heart may open and be sensitive for the Word of God. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (11/25/97)

Today I pray with you and I ask you to help me to comprehend my Christian vocation, realizing that the saints before me have died witnessing for the love of God. I pray that my heart will be open and sensitive to the word of God that I may as you asked, responsible and joyful witness as your extended hands toward those who do not believe, and by my example that they may receive faith and love for God.

Second Joyful Mystery – The visitation

Blessed Mother with joyful expectation you traveled in haste to your relatives expecting to receive confirmation of the Word of God through his holy angel. Overwhelmed with joy the Holy Spirit filled you and St. Elizabeth while exalting and giving glory to God for our redemption has come to the world! Dear mother, we ask you now to bring your visitation into our families and into our home, our parishes, workplaces, and to our prayer groups. Visit all parents and all children so that they may experience God’s love for them. Let this experience over come their hearts and change hearts so that love may dwell among all men and birth the foundation of peace. May the experience of the love of God bring healing in the hearts of parents and children, and husbands and wives, and may they live in peace. I remember your words when you said,

“Dear children, today I invite you all to awaken your hearts to love. Go into nature and look how nature is awakening and it will be a help for you to open your hearts to the love of God the Creator. I desire you to awaken love in your families so that where there is unrest and hatred, love will reign and when there is love in your hearts, then there is also prayer. And dear children, do not forget that I am with you and I am helping you with my prayer that God may give you the strength to love. I bless and love you with my Motherly love. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (4/25/93)

Dear mother with you I pray that my heart is awakened to the love of God and that I will glorify Him in His creation. Teach me how to love, and how to awaken love in my family especially where we are lacking peace in our home, so that love will reign and give birth to prayer. I thank you dear mother for reminding me that you are with me, and that you are praying for me to the Father that I may have strength to live the call you are giving me today.

Third Joyful Mystery – The Nativity of the Lord

Thank you Father for letting the world experience your love through the birth of your Son Jesus Christ into the world. Be blessed and glorified through all the hearts that recognize your love in this great mystery of the infant born of the Blessed Virgin Mary. We bless you Father and praise you for revealing yourself in such poverty and in such a simple way and for the opening of many hearts to your love in His poverty at birth.

Dear Father, we pray now with Blessed Mother for all expectant mothers with their husbands that they will accept their unborn children with love as Our Lady accepted your Son with love. May your love heal the hearts of pregnant women who want to reject their children through abortion. With your love Father, grant that they may expect their child with your love and accept this great gift with joy. May all newborn infants experience your love through the love of their parents. And for all those who have been denied the love of father or mother; grant them healing and that they will open their hearts to your love through the goodness of others.
Blessed Mother I remember when you said,

“Dear children! Today in a special way, I invite you to take the cross in the hands and to meditate on the wounds of Jesus. Ask of Jesus to heal your wounds, which you dear children, during your life sustained because of the sins of your parents. Only in this way, dear children, you will understand that the world is in need of healing of faith in God the Creator. By Jesus’ passion and death on the cross, you will understand that only through prayer you too can become true apostles of faith, when in simplicity and prayer, you live faith which is a gift. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (3/25/97)

Dear mother, today I decide to forgive my parents and family members (name them each here) for all the hurt that has been caused to me, and I ask for the perfect love of Jesus to come into the areas of my heart where pain has been caused. I understand that there are many in this world in need of this great healing of faith, to come to know the love of the Father. I pray that through the passion and death of Jesus on the cross it will help me to understand that I also can be an apostle of faith and a witness to love. Obtain for me the grace I need to become a light of your presence today.

Fourth Joyful Mystery – Presentation in the Temple

Thank you Blessed Mother with St. Joseph for presenting your Son in the temple and being obedient to your faith and the law of Moses, and for the old man Simeon who experienced the love of God and constantly gave praise and glory to God in the temple.

Dear Father in heaven, together with Blessed Mother we present all those who pray to be open to your love, we pray for the Holy Father, and all bishops and priests, religious brothers and sisters. Grant that their lives be filled with your love and may help others to come to experience your love.

We also offer you all those who know they need to pray but do not because they lack love. Touch their hearts so that they may be open, and overcome with your immeasurable love. I remember when you said dear Mother that you want to present each of us to God;

“Dear children, I have been inviting you for years by these messages which I am giving you. Little children, by means of the message I wish to make a very beautiful mosaic in your heart so I may be able to present each one of you to God like the original image. Therefore, little children I desire that your decisions be free before God, because He has given you freedom. Therefore, pray so that, free from any influence of satan, you may decide only for God. I am praying for you before God and I am seeking your surrender to God. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (11/25/89)

Dear mother, I accept your invitation and I renew my yes to you again today. I thank you for your constant love and protection, and for your desire to see me in heaven with you, and for God’s desire to make me a new creation in Him. I choose to love God freely this day and for my life. Dear Father, with Blessed Mother I ask to be free of temptations that my decisions may always be for the good. Please hear the prayers of Blessed Mother on my behalf. I surrender all things to you.

Fifth Joyful Mystery – The Finding of the child Jesus in the Temple

Blessed Mother, with St. Joseph you experienced deep sorrow at the lose of Jesus your Son in the temple, but your sorrow quickly turned to joy when you found him again. You searched with love and joy and He was found. Your apparitions are a sign of love that you are looking for us too, and your prayer is proof of your desire to help all of us to experience God’s love.

With you dear mother I pray for all those who have lost faith, hope and love, and for those who do not have peace or joy in their hearts. Obtain for them dear mother a new love, a new hope, a new faith, a new joy and a new profound peace of heart. I pray especially for the young people who do not experience love in their families and consequently look for love in the wrong way. Your concern is great for the young people for you said,

“Dear children, I again ask you to pray for all the young people of the world because they find themselves in a difficult situation. You can help them with your love and prayers of the heart…decide for God these days. You young people, put God in the first place in your life thus you will have with Him a way that is sure. I invite you to pray for my intention for peace.” (1992)

Dear Mother, I pray with you to the Father for all the young people of the world and I ask for the gift of love to love them with a tender love that they need and that my prayers of the heart will help them obtain the love they need. Strengthen the spirit of the youth today that they will choose to put God in the first place in their life, for a future full of hope, and decide for peace.

Closing Prayer:God my Father hear the prayers we offer you today with Blessed Mother. Manifest your love to all who seek it, especially to those who do not know your love, so that the entire world may be overcome with love. We ask this prayer in the name of Jesus Christ your Son. Come Holy Spirit and renew the face of the earth and the hearts of men.

Mirjana’s January 2, 2014 Medjugorje Message

I am knocking on your hearts

I am knocking on your hearts

Our Lady’s message to Mirjana Soldo of January 2nd, 2014

“Dear children; For you to be able to be my apostles and to be able to help all those who are in darkness, to come to know the light of the love of my Son, you must have pure and humble hearts. You can not help for my Son to be born in, and to reign in, the hearts of those who do not know Him, if He does not reign – if He is not the King – in your heart. I am with you. I am walking with you as a mother. I am knocking on your hearts. They can not open because they are not humble. I am praying, and you my beloved children also pray, that you may be able to open pure and humble hearts to my Son and to receive the gifts which He has promised you. Then you will be led by the love and strength of my Son. Then, you will be my apostles who everywhere around them spread the fruits of God’s love. My Son will act from within you and through you, because you will be “one”. My motherly heart yearns for this – for unity of all of my children – through my Son. With great love I bless, and pray for those who are chosen by my Son – for your shepherds. Thank you.”

According to Mirjana:
At first Our Lady was sad and then decisive.

Medjugorje October 25, 2013 Message

open yourselves to prayer

open yourselves to prayer

“Dear children! Today I call you to open yourselves to prayer. Prayer works miracles in you and through you. Therefore, little children, in the simplicity of heart seek of the Most High to give you the strength to be God’s children and for Satan not to shake you like the wind shakes the branches. Little children, decide for God anew and seek only His will – and then you will find joy and peace in Him. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

Sept. 2, 2013 Medjugorje Message for Unbelievers

Mirjana’s September 2, 2013

Dear children; I love you all. All of you, all of my children, all of you are in my heart. All of you have my motherly love and I desire to lead all of you to come to know God’s joy. This is why I am calling you.

I need humble apostles who, with an open heart, will accept the Word of God and help others to comprehend the meaning of their life alongside God’s word.

To be able to do this, my children, through prayer and fasting you must learn to listen with the heart and to learn to keep submitting yourselves. You must learn to keep rejecting everything that distances you from God’s word and to yearn only for that which draws you closer to it.

Do not be afraid. I am here. You are not alone. I am imploring the Holy Spirit to renew and strengthen you. I am imploring the Holy Spirit that, as you help others, you too may be healed. I am imploring Him that, through Him, you may be God’s children and my apostles.

For the sake of Jesus, for the sake of my Son, love those whom he has called and long for the blessing only from the hands which He has consecrated.

Do not permit evil to come to reign. Anew I repeat – only alongside your shepherds will my heart triumph. Do not permit evil to separate you from your shepherds. Thank you.

Do not be afraid

Do not be afraid

August 25, 2013 Medjugorje Monthly Message

"I want to be a sign to others"

“I want to be a sign to others”

“Dear children! Also today, the Most High is giving me the grace to be with you and to lead you towards conversion. Every day I am sowing and am calling you to conversion, that you may be prayer, peace, love – the grain that by dying will give birth a hundredfold. I do not desire for you, dear children, to have to repent for everything that you could have done but did not want to. Therefore, little children, again, with enthusiasm say: ‘I want to be a sign to others.’ Thank you for having responded to my call.”

August 2, 2013 Medjugorje Message thru Mirjana

"...if only you would open your hearts..."

“…if only you would open your hearts…”

“Dear children; If only you would open your hearts to me with complete trust, you would comprehend everything. You would comprehend with how much love I am calling you; with how much love I desire to change you, to make you happy; with how much love I desire to make you followers of my Son and give you peace in the fullness of my Son. You would comprehend the immeasurable greatness of my motherly love. That is why, my children, pray because through prayer your faith grows and love is born, the love along which even the cross is not unendurable because you do not carry it alone. In union with my Son you glorify the name of the Heavenly Father. Pray, pray for the gift of love, because love is the only truth: it forgives everything, it serves everyone and it sees a brother in everyone. My children, my apostles, great is the trust that the Heavenly Father has given you through me, His handmaid, to help those who do not know Him, that they may reconcile with Him and follow Him. That is why I am teaching you love, because only if you have love will you be able to respond to Him. Again I am calling you to love your shepherds and to pray that, at this difficult time, the name of my Son may be glorified under their guidance. Thank you.”

July 25, 2013 Medjugore Monthly Message

"...be far from sin and temptation"

“…be far from sin and temptation”

“Dear children! With joy in my heart I call all of you to live your faith and to witness it with your heart and by your example in every way. Decide, little children, to be far from sin and temptation and may there be joy and love for holiness in your hearts. I love you, little children, and accompany you with my intercession before the Most High. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

32 Years Anniversary-Talk with Marija Pavlovic Lunetti

I am the Queen of Peace

I am the Queen of Peace

copy of this transcript is from Marytv.com.

Marija Pavlovic Lunetti June 24, 2013, St. James:

The talk began with the 7-7-7 prayer. Marija said:

We definitely need it, these 7 Our Fathers, Hail Marys and Glory bes!! We all know that in the Church of St. James in Medjugorje, every evening after Mass, we pray the Creed, 7 Our Fathers, 7 Hail Marys and 7 Glory Bes. Why do we do it?? We do it in thanksgiving to the Queen of Peace. Today in a special way we can say with all our hearts, we can really say to Our Lady, “Thank you!” And what we do every evening here after Holy Mass, all the people who know about this prayer, they stay and straight away they kneel down, and they gladly stay for a few extra minutes to say this prayer in order to give thanksgiving to Our Lady. However some people do not know about this prayer, after Mass is over they simply get up and they leave the church or the church grounds. We have our habit here.

When we kneel in the sacristy, we do kind of a favor for each other. Especially when it is cold or when it is hot in the summer time, we always kneel on a small pad, a kind of little carpet that we can use to kneel. Sometimes it is just a little towel. In the shops here you can get a little pad to kneel on. In the Sacristy with the parish priest…I have to say that the parish priest is an amazing grace for us because he is a Medjugorje vocation, he is a fruit of Medjugorje. Not only him, but also his sister who is a nun! In a special way there is a great joy in our heart to see them, because they are both fruits of Our Lady’s apparitions. And when the prayer to Our Lady begins they always come to me to give me something to kneel on. I then say, “Sister, maybe you can give it to someone else!!” Or maybe I take it and then give it to someone else who has difficulty kneeling down. And then in my heart I say, maybe this is a little sacrifice that I can do. To kneel down without knee pads. Maybe someone next to me needs it more than me. Then I always see a beautiful smile on the face of that person. And that smile shows so much love, and that smile is full of love.

And this is something that I like here in Medjugorje! When pilgrims come for the first time, they are a bit confused and they don’t have experience. And what we have learned, that Our Lady is here, and she loves us and she wishes us well. She is here to hug us and embrace us, and at the end we all feel good, and above all we feel privileged. We even feel more and more [that we are] Our Lady’s children. The heart of Our Lady is a heart that beats in our own bodies because we can feel her love, we can feel her joy to be here present with her children. She is here to love us, to teach us, to change us.

But Our Lady says to us,”Living the way you are living you will not have a future or eternal life.” Then we respond, “We are sinners but we are your children.” And this is something Our Lady knows, and that is why she says to us, “Go to Confession. Choose a priest who will become your spiritual guide. Leave sin. Renounce sin and start walking on the pathway of holiness.”

She, at the beginning, began guiding the parish of Medjugorje in this way. And so many people were saying at that time, “But what can she tell us??” She speaks a lot, they say. And those who oppose Medjugorje say that she speaks too much. But we can say she wants to guide us on a beautiful way, and that sooner or later we will be on that pathway in her Immaculate Heart, because she wants us to be inside her Immaculate Heart. She invites us, she loves us and she says to us, “Dear children.” She says to us, exactly as she did at the foot of the Cross with the Apostle John, when the other apostles were lost, when they were helpless, she says there is still hope for them, for us, because Jesus, their Master is dying for them on the Cross. And Jesus said to Our Lady,”Mother, behold your son.” And what did He say to John? He said to John, “Behold your Mother.” And we are those who through John receive this call from the Mother. We also have become the children of God and the children of Our Lady. We have become what Our Lady invites us to be.

Today, with her extended hands in today’s world, Our Lady comes to us. She comes not to 1000, or 30,000, or 100,000…no she comes to all of us. Each one of us is important to her. We are poor. We are poor souls in everything, but especially in a spiritual way….

We can’t say we began a movement. All we can say is that Our Lady appeared and she told us to place God in the first place in our life. Maybe you are sick; maybe you do not have health. You do not have faith. Maybe you are searching for something supernatural, so that you can feel something in your heart. I am saying to you, you are at the right place. Our Lady says, “Pray, pray, pray.” You are not here because of beautiful hotels. There is no luxury here. There is not air conditioning everywhere here. You are not at the coast, because there is no sea here! But we are here before the heavenly sunshine, before the sea of Love with Our Lady, in the school of prayer that Our Lady started here.

Our Lady wanted this parish and she started giving messages. So many times she was saying, “My dear children, I am your mother.” And she said to us so many times, so that we would not forget this, “You need God. Without God you do not have a future.” Even if we have everything in this world, all the material things, we will leave everything behind, clothes, cars, houses. You will leave it all behind. And those who have more will leave more behind.

But there is one thing to know, that if you have everything, but you do not have God, what do you have? Nothing! God created us in His image, and without Him we have nothing. I believe we all know a person. Suppose that person’s name is “Stanko”. We can say that I knew that person, that person laughed with me. I knew his hair style, etc. But that person is dead. Then we say that that person yesterday was driving a car, was walking, was working, was talking, and now that person is gone. That person has a body, but the spirit is gone. We also know many people who are alive, who work and walk and live, but who are spiritually dead. They are dead spiritually, even though they are walking around.

There is a friend of mine who shares that there are volunteers who go to Africa to help. Those volunteers are often very rich people. They come from rich families. However they are not happy, they are not pleased, they don’t see a future for themselves. And yet they have everything. Those people are from families which have provided everything that they needed and yet those young people are not happy. And they say that they come to Africa to help, and after their experience in Africa they go home completely changed. One day I spoke to one of those young men, and I said to him, “What did Africa give you??” And that young man said to me, “Africa gave me the joy of life.” Why, because that young man could see children who did not have anything but the shirt on them, but they were happy. They had an improvised ball and that ball was a piece of plastic. And that was the way that they learned to play football. And he said, “I played football with them, and I ate with them, and I ate very little. And I would try to get some sleep, but I would go to bed hungry. I had pains in my stomach, because we couldn’t eat more. There was not enough. Then I would remember the times I would go to my kitchen and open the refrigerator, and it was full of food, and I would still complain that there was nothing in this house for me to eat!! And yet the refrigerator was full!! Then I understood what it meant to have nothing to eat. That person came back from Africa and started studying and working for missions with a group of people who pray. And he works and whatever he earns, in the afternoon he puts it aside for the missions in Africa.

How often are we indifferent? How often do we see those who have nothing, who have no clothes to put on and we do not think of them? Our Lady has been saying to us, that prayer and fasting can even stop wars, even the wars in your hearts…those moments when you don’t think about God. When there is not God in your heart, when we do not think about God’s commandments, and when we do not live them. That is why Our Lady says, “Wake up, wake up from the sleep of lack of faith.” I am thoroughly convinced that the person who starts praying becomes a better person. That person is ready to serve other people and more and more that person becomes more sensitive and a person of feelings.

We see that Our Lady calls us to return to God, renounce sin, convert. We need to know how to do this work. Place the Sacred Scripture in the first place in your family homes. Read from the Bible, open the Bible every day. And Our Lady says to us, “Choose a priest to be your spiritual guide, a spiritual guide who will help you, who will teach you, and who will give you absolution in the name of God.” And in the name of God he will help you, so that the name of God will be there for us in the moment when we need it. And Our Lady says, “Place the Holy Mass in the center of your life. There you will meet God. There you will receive God. And with the help of God you will find your pathway on this earth, in the world, he will give it to you.”

We were children when the apparitions started, and I remember we were saying that there were so many young people who were lost, and we could see so many young people who were lost in drugs and lost in alcohol. That was a time of Communism, and the Communist’s wanted to make everyone believe that God does not exist. I was a student, and at school we had to learn about Marx and about Communism, and they used to say faith is the opium for the masses. And imagine me; I had to study all about this, me, who was able to see Our Lady! So who was right, Our Lady or that poor man with his ideology? Thanks are to God, Communism is gone, but unfortunately now there is consumerism and materialism around us, but Our Lady comes and says to us that our life is temporary, that it will pass. As the Sacred Scripture says, for those who are strong maybe they will live for 70 years. And today science says we may live longer, that people will live to 150 years…But yet, what is all that compared with eternity?? Is it worth insisting on being here?? Why don’t we do our best to deserve and merit heaven??

I have to say that all of you are courageous to be here in this sunshine. I can say that maybe you can say “I will give this as a gift to the Lord. And I offer this for the conversion of so many other people or for the healing of so many people who are here in our midst, for the healing of so many children who have commended themselves to my prayers who have Leukemia.

I remember the time when we were young, in 1989, when we wanted to convert everyone. We wanted to be perfect as Our Lady is. I remember we wore long skirts because we didn’t want to scandalize anyone. And we were telling people who were not properly dressed to put something on their shoulders, so they wouldn’t scandalize anyone. We could also see many young people who were far from faith. There were young people who didn’t have faith. So we decided we would found a prayer group, and every Friday night we would pray for those young people who are far from God. And that is exactly what we did. We asked our parish priest if we could do it, and we just asked for the church to be given to us, nothing else, nothing more, but just the church to go to and pray. But he asked who wants to come. We told him, all the young people in our prayer group. And he said yes. We were so happy and content because we were given permission from the parish priest. And we started singing and praying before the Lord. And then I remember we would soon see that it was 3:00 in the morning! We didn’t even go to bed at all. Imagine! We were young people full of enthusiasm. But we were not really ready for this. But slowly, slowly, we were down on our knees, and our heads were bowed, and we looked like Muslims, who are praying. And then you could see and hear nothing, but silence, because everyone was in silence. You couldn’t even hear the birds chirping. As we say here, it was the silence of the tomb. Then we were all asleep, and we could hear someone snoring. Then we would tease that person. Then after a while Our Lady said to us,”Bring the Sacred Scripture. Have the Bible with you.” And then we would joke, when someone fell asleep and snored that that person was profoundly meditating, when that person was actually asleep! And I remember one person, a man there with his wife, and when he would snore, his wife would kick him, and then he would wake up and just continue, “Holy Mary, Mother of God…”

I always say that the family that has a future is the family that prays, the family that exists. And as Our Lady said to us, “We are now going to pray a rosary a day.” Often we would be tired at work, but we would still be able to pray at the end of the day the Rosary. And the wife of that young man would say, “Ok I will say the first part of the Hail Mary, and then I will kick my husband and tell him to pray the second part, Holy Mary…!!” She loved her husband, and she wanted to pray together with her husband, because in marriage man and woman become one.

And on the bus that goes from Medjugorje to Mostar, it stops at least 15 times. And everyone knew that this husband was from Medjugorje because everyone knew that if someone bumped him on the bus and woke him up, he would simply start to pray!! He was not a fanatic, just a person of good will, someone who worked hard himself, and who loved his family. And that is what Our Lady asks of us. Our Lady doesn’t want us to become fanatics. And she doesn’t want all of us to become missionaries and to go to Africa. But she says, “Go to your families!” From the Mount of Tabor, go back to your family. And do what you can do, through God’s blessing and Our Lady’s intercession, that your family, that your parish community can become worthy of the presence of God. So that we who are able to say we want God and we want the Blessed Mother in our families and at every single level of our family life.

That is what Our Lady asks of us. She desires to say to us,”Convert. Change your life! Without God there is no future, no eternal life, because without God we do not have a future.” That is why Our Lady says to us, and she is tirelessly inviting us, “Pray!” She has been appearing here for a long time, and she has been saying”Return to God.” So often she repeats, “Pray, pray, pray!” There is time for you when you get back home to play, to shop, to rest. But the hill where Our Lady appeared is here. The Cross Mountain is here. And Our Lady chose this country to wake us up again, and to say to us “I am your mother. Go back to your family and take me with you.” If we start to think with the heart of Our Lady, then we will feel the urgency to convert and to give witness to all those who live close to us. We will be worried for our children who are far from God. We will be worried about our husbands or wives and we will desire to pray for them and to be an example to them with our lives. Then for them we will be willing to make sacrifices. We will go even to Apparition Hill.

I remember a friend of mine who came to Medjugorje just for one day. At that time she wasn’t a friend of mine, but now she is a friend of mine. She is a very modern person. She really takes care of her body and she is very much into sports. She works in a pharmaceutical company and she has a pharmacy herself. And people would come to her and say, “Can you give us advice. What should we do?” And then on the day of their wedding anniversary, her husband came to her and said, “I am going to bring you to Medjugorje.” And she said, “OK, but just one day please.” But Our Lady waited for her here. And Our Lady really loved her and changed her. And she really fell in love with Our Lady. She has three children. And she even has a dog. Every morning she doesn’t go up Apparition Hill, but she wakes up at 5:00 in the morning and she is an exemplary mother, very modern, very into sports. But every morning she goes jogging with her dog and she prays the Rosary. Our Lady didn’t say what way, because you can pray a rosary while you are preparing your meal, while you are driving, while you are ironing. No one said in what way we should pray. But Our Lady simply says, pray the rosary. Maybe in the beginning it will be a rosary, but we will pray without thinking about it. But as we say, eating you learn how to eat, and we say, praying you learn how to pray. And we are here to learn how to pray and how to have peace with God and Our Lady.

And Our Lady gives us messages. She says, “Put my messages into practice. Live my messages.” And I say to you – Live the messages. The messages of Our Lady are nothing new. They are already written in the Sacred Scripture. Maybe those of us here will never meet again, will never see each other. But what you have met here and what you have experienced in your heart here will remain an amazing treasure. That is why I say do not waste time; make good use of your time in Medjugorje. Use this time in Medjugorje and pray.

I remember my own personal experience when I asked Fr. Slavko to become my spiritual guide. I said to him, “Can you be my spiritual guide?” Then he said yes. Then I said, “Can we meet? When, where, how?” And then he looked at me in a really profound way and he said to me, “Ok tomorrow morning at 5:00 in the morning at your house.” I was 16 years old. And you know what young people do at that time in the morning? What do they prefer at that age, what do they like more? At five o’clock they are back from the disco, and they just want to sleep. But I never went to the disco, but I loved sleeping, and when he said 5:00 am, it was amazing for me. And I said, “Ok…I have this plan…at night when I go to bed I will put clothes on, and put even my shoes on, and sleep with my shoes off the bed, a when Fr. Slavko would pass by, I would be ready with clothes and shoes on! But I have a strong will, and I said to myself, I have to do it. Not really that I have to do it, but I wanted to do it. And I can say that when I have that desire in my heart to be better, more holy, in reality to try to live more and better the messages of Our Lady, I have lived some of the most beautiful moments of my life.

When Fr. Slavko would come, he would begin, “In the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.” He wouldn’t say, “Dear one, did you get any sleep? Did you get enough sleep, did you sleep well?’ He wasn’t just talking, as many Italians are doing when they are up on the hill! They talk, talk, and talk! But I believe in a special way Our Lady loves Italy, because she sent me to Italy to convert you! No, I am just kidding. I believe that God in his mercy will convert all of us!

That is why I desire to say with my heart, “Use this time. This is a time of great grace for us.” When it happened to Jakov, the visionary, that Our Lady said the time has come when you won’t have any more daily apparitions, Jakov remembers those times and he would love to see her now every day. And now when he meets me he will say, “How was it yesterday – how was it. What was it like?” And I often will see a tear in his eye. And I ask myself, why did they stop for him, and I still have them? Why is it not the other way around? Why was it us, and not somebody else? We have many questions. I am not perfect, I am not a saint. I am a sinner. But I have a desire in my heart to be better and to convert, to really become a child of Our Lady.

Start thinking in this way: I believe that Our Lady’s children will become better. Maybe we will make a decision and start a prayer group. Maybe we will be able to help each other. Maybe we will learn how to pray properly the mysteries of the Holy Rosary of Our Lady, and every day we will become richer and more content, happier, because God won’t be up there in the clouds in heaven far away, but in our midst. Because we live as Jesus said, “Where two or three are gathered in my name, I am present there.” And we, in the name of Jesus, will be able to start living a brand new life for ourselves, for the world, and for our future, for our own children.

Our Lady said once when we consecrated ourselves to her Immaculate Heart, and it was during the time of one of the apparitions, and all of the people were there, and I was in Sicily and one of the officials of the government in Sicily, when he read the consecration prayer to Our Lady, Our Lady answered and said,”You won’t regret this, neither your children nor your children’s children.” I wish that in your act of coming to Medjugorje for your personal conversion, that through your personal conversion to her Immaculate Heart, I hope and pray that Our Lady will act and work in your heart and will be able to say to you, “You won’t regret doing this, neither you, nor your children, nor your children’s children.” This is something that I wish for all of you from the bottom of my heart.

And this evening when I am together with Our Lady I am going to pray for all of you. I can’t remember all of you by name, but I am sure that all of you are already in the heart of Our Lady. And I am going to pray for all of you and for all of your intentions. And I am going to pray for all that you carry in your heart, for all the members of your family that you left at home. We will also pray for all those people who do not have the faith or courage to come to Medjugorje. Maybe they are sick, confined to bed, and they cannot come to Medjugorje. I am going to pray for all of you and present all of you to Our Lady. I will pray for all of you. Thanks be to God we have so many priests here. We will ask one of them to do what they do, to bless us all. It is a grace that they can do it because we receive Jesus from their hands. And we really have to pray a lot for our priests. And we have to love all priests. We ask all our priests to pray over us and for us that they may give us God’s blessing, so that we can live in our hearts, act in our hearts and our lives with God’s heart and God’s eyes. (All the priests came and blessed us!)

Happy Anniversary, one and all!!
