Prayer to St. Joseph the Workman (Feast May 1st)

St. Joseph patron saint of Workers, pray for us

PRAYER TO ST. JOSEPH THE WORKMAN

O glorious St. Joseph, model of all those who are devoted to labor, obtain for me the grace to work conscientiously, putting the call of duty above my natural inclinations, to work with gratitude and joy, in a spirit of penance for the remission of my sins, considering it an honor to employ and develop by means of labor the gifts received from God, to work with order, peace, moderation and patience, without ever shrinking from weariness and difficulties, to work above all with purity of intention and detachment from self, having always death before my eyes and the account that I must render of time lost, of talents wasted, of good omitted, of vain complacency in success, so fatal to the work of God. All for Jesus, all through Mary, all after your example, O Patriarch St. Joseph. Such shall be my watchword in life and in death…

O Blessed Joseph, you passed your life in the painful labors of a humble profession, I take you as my model and my protector. Obtain for me that I may bear patiently the pains and fatigues of my state in life, so that like you, sanctifying my labors, I may merit a crown in Heaven. Amen.

St. Joseph Patron St. of Laborers, I place myself under your constant protection as my loving father. Adopt me as your spiritual child and keep me from all sin. I take refuge in your arms where you hold the holy child. Lead me on the path of virtue and assist me at the hour of death. St. Joseph, pray for us

PETITION FOR ST. JOSEPH’S BLESSING

Bless me O dearly beloved and father St. Joseph; bless my body and my soul; bless my resolutions, my words and deeds, all my actions and omissions, my ever step; bless everything I possess, all interior and exterior goods, my vocation and family/community members, that everything may redound to the greater honor of God. Bless me for time and eternity, and preserve me from every sin. Obtain for me the grace to make atonement for all my sins by love and contrition here on earth, so that after my last breath I may without delay, prostrate at your feet, return you thanks in Heaven for all the love and goodness you O dearly beloved father have shown to me here below. Amen.

MAY 1ST PRAYER

O God, you are the Creator of all living things, Who did frame the law of labor for the whole human race, graciously grant that, by the example and patronage of St. Joseph, we may do the work You have assigned to us and earn the reward You did promise. Through Our Lord Jesus Christ, thy Son, who lives and reigns with Thee in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God world without end. Amen.

St. Joseph Tradition

ANCIENT PRAYER TO ST. JOSEPH

(FOUND IN THE 50TH YEAR OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST)

O St. Joseph whose protection is so great, so strong, so prompt before the throne of God, I place in thee all my interest and desires. O St. Joseph assist me by thy powerful intercession and obtain for me all spiritual blessings through your Son Jesus Christ Our Lord, so that having engaged here below thy heavenly power, I may offer thee my thanksgiving and homage. O St. Joseph, I never weary contemplating thee and Jesus asleep in thine arms. I dare not approach while He reposes near thy Heart. Press Him in my name and kiss His fine head for me, and ask Him to return the kiss when I draw my dying breath. St. Joseph, patron of departing souls, pray for me.

PRAYER FOR THE CHURCH MILITANT

Glorious St. Joseph chosen by God to be the father of Jesus, the chaste spouse of Mary ever Virgin and head of the Holy Family, and then appointed by the Vicar of Christ to be the heavenly patron and defender of the Church founded by Jesus Christ, most confidently do I implore at this moment thy powerful aid for all the Church Militant on earth. Shield with thy truly paternal love especially the Supreme Pontiff and all the bishops and priests who are in union with the Holy See of Peter. Be the defender of all who labor for souls amidst the trials and tribulations of this life and cause all the peoples of the earth to submit themselves in a docile spirit to that Church which is the ark of salvation for all men. Please accept this dedication of myself which I now make unto thee. I dedicate myself wholly to thee, that you may ever be my father, my patron and my guide in the way of salvation. Grant me purity of heart and a fervent devotion to the interior life. Grant that following your example I may direct all my actions to the greater glory of God, in union with the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary and in union with thee. Finally, pray for me, that I may be a partaker in the peace and joy which was yours at the hour of thy holy death. Amen.

Do you want God or not? June 2, 2011 Message to Mirjana

Message to Mirjana – June 2, 2011

Look into your hearts dear children....

Dear children,

As I call you to prayer for those who have not come to know the love of God, if you were to look into your hearts you would comprehend that I am speaking about many of you. With an open heart, sincerely ask yourselves if you want the Living God or do you want to eliminate Him and live as you want.

Look around you, my children, and see where the world is going, the world that thinks of doing everything without the Father, and which wanders in the darkness of temptation. I am offering to you the light of the Truth and the Holy Spirit. According to God’s plan I am with you to help you to have my Son, His Cross and Resurrection, triumph in your hearts. As a mother, I desire and pray for your unity with my Son and His works. I am with you; you decide. Thank you.

This is a serious message my friends. I have written on many occasions explaining that everybody is an unbeliever in one way or another. When we lack faith, we are an unbeliever. Today Our Lady is affirming these words. It boils down to do you want God in your life or not. Plain and simple.

We do not comprehend the great grace that has been given to us in this time. Our lady has been with us for 30 years this month. Many of us grew up with her and nothing different that being with her in the world. it is almost a whole lifetime for most.

But Our Lady made it very clear at one time when she said, “when I am gone, you will lament for the message…”

What little importance do we give to her in this time.

How many realize that the sin in this world is so severe that we as a human race are unworthy of the goodness of God in our life. Jesus told St. Faustina that we could not even accept His grace if it weren’t for His love for His creatures, and special help from Him. And here again, the Lord in His goodness has sent His Mother to the earth to warn the people for the LAST TIME.

God keeps bringing to my heart the days of Noah. I do not like to be what many call a dooms dayer, but truth must be spoken here. The day of Justice is near. And by the tone of the Mother of God in this message, and the signs that are being given in the world, there is no doubt there is something looming for the world. What we are experiencing in natural disasters today is nothing and but a small taste of what is to come.

Our Lady said above…“Look around you and see where the world is going…”

Isn’t it obvious? The world is spiraling down into a cesspool of slimy filth. But remember, just like in the days of Noah, the people we still making merry and mocking those who believed until the day Noah entered the Ark, and the doors were closed. And they all perished in the flood.

God is offering a New Ark to His people for this time and for this generation. She is a refuge of Hope with the Ark of the New Covenant; the Mother of God. She once said in my prayer, that “all good things pass through her hands“. It takes wisdom to understand these words.

To keep it simple however, just look at the picture of Our Lady of Grace, and the rays that pour forth from her hands. She is the vessel and worthy spouse of the Holy Spirit. Every grace, every treasure from Heaven, every gift from God passes through her as if she were the bridge to heaven. Jesus once described the abyss that separates God and the Creatures. In this abyss His mercy fills the chasm, but we forget who was there at the cross with him praying.

I once prayed about this, and I saw in the abyss the crucified Christ who was suffering in great agony, and blood was pouring from His wounds upon the earth as the Father was above Him looking only at His Son. But beneath the Lord was Our Lady off to the side. As the Lord agonized all the more in His suffering rays of light burst forth from His wounds and poured out as if filling up the Mother of God, and through Her hands the rays were filled with color that fell upon the earth, and the world lit up like the sun.

He explains the difference here, as through His blood we have been saved, but we forget the cost and the price He paid for our sins, as atonement to the Father in the perfect sacrifice. This justice will have to be addressed in the final day to the Father, if we have not taken the cost of our salvation with seriousness. St. Paul said one must discern the body and his sins before receiving the perfect sacrifice of the altar in the Eucharist. And it is a fact that men receive the Eucharist who never confess their sins, or habitual sinners and taking the Lord for granted.

But with Our Lady in this image with Jesus Crucified, the sacrifice of Jesus united with her suffering softens the just anger of God. For the mother loves her children, her people, and has accepted her vocation in its fullness, and desires to bring the blessing of her Son no matter how bad or disobedient her children are. She wants to clothe them in her grace, redress them, clean them up, to make them presentable to the loving Father.

But my friends, guess what we are doing, when we do not accept this grace from Heaven and do not put to life her messages, or as the Blessed Mother just said “do not choose God’s way in this time”?

We are shoving the holy Mother aside as if to say she is not important enough, and boldly approach His Majesty, the King, the Almighty God alone without an advocate to come to our aide. And the ancient custom for this was death! WOE TO THE ONE WHO IGNORES HIS MOTHER!

This is a gift from heaven dear people of God, and those who claim to be God’s people. How would it be for you if you handed a gift to someone and they looked at you in the eyes, and threw the gift aside and said, “Oh, that’s nice…” and then just put it on the shelf or throw it away, ignoring the giver of the gift, and what was in the box!

Do we realize what we are doing? Stupid, stupid people! Wake up!

Why can’t we see this my friends. Why do we choose to ignore the abomination of sin and do nothing about it and remain silent? What is wrong with us?

Many may say that they go to confession, and are living out their faith in the best way. I see and hear this all the time. And I see at the same time the same people boasting in themselves because they are in their “own eyes” proudly living their faith. And I see the same people judging others because they are not like them.

But to hear these words of the Mother of God, it is not enough to talk about the faith or study the faith, it must be lived. There is a level of conversion she wants to bring us to, and she is very FIRM IN HER WORDS, THIS GENERATION OF PEOPLE ARE NOT THERE YET, as much as we like to think we are. And this generation is not speaking out boldly against sin.

We need to hear our priests preach the gospel. Not just tell stories that have nothing to do with the gospel. Jesus said PREACH THE GOSPEL dear apostles. We the lay need to be fed the living Word of God. Preach it boldly! And call sin what it is, SIN! Sin is an abomination to God. God hates sin…loves the sinner but hates sin. Jesus was kind, but when sin was committed He called it out, and shut it down! Then families can take what is preached into the home, and teach these children to be children of God. There is no more room for error. We all have a part in this plan. It’s time to buck up and walk the talk!

The human race is at emnity with its Creator, and is choosing to be its own God. You heard it above from the Mother herself, who of course does not speak on her own, but is sent from God to convey the Word.

It is sickening to me to see how people react when I bring up Medjugorje. Some say they want to wait until the Church approves it. For you dear friends who think this way…I will say to you boldly – it will be too late! The Blessed Mother has made that very clear. She said, “DO NOT WAIT, FOR THE UNBELIEVERS IT WILL BE TOO LATE.” If you choose to wait, and not to believe, you are counted among this number that she speaks of as “unbeliever.” There is no gray here. It will be too late.

Do we know that the apparitions of Rue de Bac have never been approved by the Church to this day, but we all still wear the miraculous medals? Are you still waiting for the approval of this? But the visionary St. Catherine was made a saint, the medal was struck in her time, and it was worn, and miracles occurred.

A Cardinal just recently said, that the pastoral plan of the Mother of God is not always the same as the Theological plan of the Church; (Lourdes for example). But the Church did adapt the plan, and still today people still come to Lourdes France right?

Today the pastoral service of the Church is to serve the people of God and help support pilgrims coming to Medjugorje. He said that Blessed Mother is giving practical guidelines to living out the Christian vocation. And that the Mother of God is THE PERFECT THEOLOGIAN. He affirmed that the Church cannot exclude Medjugorje but provide the pastoral support that it needs. These apparitions will not be approved until the apparitions cease or a visionary dies. Neither of these have happened yet. Cardinal Schonborn advised that God’s people need to be patient as God has been patient with us for these 30 years.

Parishes and diocese should help give pastoral support to those called to go to Medjugorje. This is declared from the Church.

Well, is God’s patience running thin? I think we only need to hear this message and practically think, YES IS THE APPROPRIATE WORD! I can see my self in this parental role telling my own child, when I have had enough of the antics boldly saying to them. Here it is. This is your choice right now. You either decide to do such and such or not. If you do not, I cannot help you and you are on your own. If you do what I suggest, then I can help you this way. From there, the child needs to decide.

This is where the Mother of God has left it for you. Not for the one next door, not for the one in the other city. It is for you dear reader. You decide.

The apostles taught about what Jesus was going to do to the Lawless one. This is the one who does not live the Law “the Commandments of God.” But is one who puts himself above the law, declaring he is a god, who in truth comes from satan. If we are seeing in truth, I think we can recognize many lawless ones in our midst who are declaring their own laws for the people. But the Lord will kill them with His breath. This same scripture says, that those who in alliance with this lawless one, the Lord has sent upon them a deceiving spirit that they would believe the lie. (2 Thes. 2)

Do we see what is happening here? The Blessed Mother says she is bringing with her the Spirit of Truth, that is the Holy Spirit that Jesus spoke of in John 14 and 15. She wants us to have the truth and to see the truth. Jesus said the world does not know the truth, but when the Holy Spirit comes He will convict the world in truth and remind us of all that He taught us.

Today is the Feast of the Annunciation of the Lord. Today marks the beginning of the novena to the Holy Spirit, for the Day of Pentecost. My dear friends. beg the Father to send the Holy Spirit of Truth. We need it more than ever! And offer a Fast and renunciation that He may come to your spirit house in your body, that you may be a fit sacrifice to God. Ave Maria!

Come Holy Spirit, come!

“Christ’s call to conversion continues to resound in the lives of Christians. The “second conversion” is an uninterrupted task for the whole Church who ‘clasping sinners to her bosom is at once holy and always in need of purification, and follows constantly the path of penance and renewal. This endeavor of conversion is not just a human work. It is the movement of a ‘contrite heart’ drawn and moved by grace to respond to the merciful love of God who loved us first.” (CCC 1428, Ps. 51:17, Jn.6:44, 12:32, 1 Jn. 4:10)

Week 3-Forty Days in the Desert-An Oasis of Peace

Through prayer become friends with Jesus

It’s been a little harder this week to get this post out. Seems there have been some technical difficulties taking place with the host company. There must be some good fruit coming. I hope the Lord is touching your hearts as He is with us and our family.

The beauty of this is to see my children dialoging with the Lord and the scriptures. Not only do we encourage relationships and build unity in the family, but we encourage them to have a heart to heart relationship with their eternal family.

Remember the Holy Spirit is the author of the Word. Never begin your prayer without the help of the Holy Spirit.

Also be sure to make a conscious effor to get to the sacrament of reconciliation during this time to fortify your strength for the continued journey and refresh your soul in the ocean of mercy. Remember our Lady just said, it is through the priests that she will triumph. Really ponder these words for her purpose for coming into the world.

Catechism of the Catholic Church References: 737-741, 797-98, 1472-74, 1502

Daily Reflection:

“Dear children, tonight your Mother is happy, joyful together with you. I would like to extend happiness to you. I would like to give you love, so you can bring this love and spread it to others. I would like to give you peace, so you can give this peace to others, so you can give this peace especially to families where hatred exists. I would like you, dear children to renew the family prayer, all of you. I would like you to encourage others to renew this prayer. Your Mother will help you.” (10/17/88)

Day 1

“Dear children, with motherly perseverance and love I am brining you the light of life to destroy the darkness of death in you. Do not reject me, my children. Stop and look within yourselves and see how sinful you are. Be aware of your sins and pray for forgiveness…” (11/2/10)

“…It should be of no concern to you how anyone else acts; you are to be My living reflection through love and mercy.” (St. Faustina replied, ‘Lord but they often take advantage of my goodness.’) “That makes no difference, My daughter. That is no concern of yours. As for you, be always merciful toward other people, and especially toward sinners.” (Diary 1446)

Jn. 11:1-4, Mt. 10:8, Mk. 14:12-15, Jn. 20:20-23

Day 2

“…My children you do not desire to accept that you are weak and little, but you can be strong and great by doing God’s will. Give me your cleansed hearts that I may illuminate them with the light of life, my Son. Thank you.” (11/2/10)

“…Oh how painful it is to me that souls so seldom unite themselves to Me in holy Communion. I wait for souls and they are indifferent toward Me. I love them tenderly and sincerely, and they distrust Me. I want to lavish my graces on them, and they do not want to accept them. They treat me as a dead object, whereas my Heart is full of love and mercy. In order that you may know at least some of my pain, imagine the most tender of mothers who has great love for her children, while those children spurn her love. Consider her pain. No one is in a position to console her. This is but a feeble image and likeness of my love.” (Diary 1447)

2 Cor. 10:3-6, Rev. 21:2-4, Acts 3:16-23, 4:10-12

Day 3

“Dear children! Today I call you to come closer to my Immaculate Heart…” (10/25/98)

“…Tell souls where they are to look for solace; that is in the Tribunal of Mercy. (Sacrament of Reconciliation). There the greatest miracles take place and are incessantly repeated. To avail oneself of this miracle, it is not necessary to go on a great pilgrimage or to carry out some external ceremony; it suffices to come with faith to the feet of My representative and to reveal to him one’s misery, and the miracle of Divine Mercy will be fully demonstrated. Were a soul like a decaying corpse so that from a human standpoint, there would be no restoration and everything would have already be lost. It is not so with God. The miracle of Divine Mercy restores that souls in full. Oh how miserable are those who do not take advantage of the miracle of God’s mercy. You will call out in vain, but it will be too late…” (Diary 1448)

Lk. 8:43-47, Prov. 3:1-12, Ez. 36:26, Act 4:16-20

Day 4

“….I call you to renew in your families the fervor of the first days when I called you to fasting, prayer and conversion. Little children, you accepted my messages with open hearts, although you did not know what prayer was. Today, I call you to open yourselves completely to me so that I may transform you and lead you to the heart of my Son Jesus, so that He can fill you with His love. Only in this way, little children, will you find true peace – the peace that only God gives you. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (10/25/98)

“…First, do not fight against a temptation by yourself, but disclose it to the confessor at once, and then the temptation will lose all its force. Second, during these ordeals do not lose you peace; live in My presence; ask My Mother and the Saints for help. Third, have the certitude that I am looking at you and supporting you. Fourth do not fear either struggles of the soul or any temptation because I am supporting you; if only you are willing to fight, know that the victory is always on your side. Fifth, know that by fighting bravely you give Me great glory and amass merits for yourself. Temptation gives you a change to show Me your fidelity.” (Diary 1560)

Mt. 26:35, Lk. 22:33-34, Gal 2:20, Ps. 46, Jn 11:39-40

Day 5

“Dear children! Also today I am with you in a special way contemplating and living the passion of Jesus in my heart. Little children, open your hearts and give me everything that is in them; joys, sorrows, and even the smallest pain that I may offer them to Jesus; so that with His immeasurable love, He may burn and transform your sorrows into the joy of His resurrection…” (2/25/99)

“…I remind you my daughter, that as often as you heart the clock strike the third hour, immerse yourself completely in My mercy, adoring and glorifying it; invoke its omnipotence for the whole world, and particularly for poor sinners; for at that moment mercy was opened wide for every soul. In this hour you can obtain everything for yourself and for others for the asking. It was the hour of grace for the whole world – mercy triumphed over justice. (Diary 1572)

Jn. 11:44, Is. 55:8-9, Jn. 2:5, Lk. 23:43

Day 6

“…I now call you in a special way, little children for your hearts to open to prayer, so that through prayer you may become friends of Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (2/25/99)

“…My daughter, try your best to make the Stations of the Cross in this hour, provided that your duties permit it; and if you are not able to make the Stations of the Cross, then at least step into the chapel for a moment and adore in the Blessed Sacrament, My heart, which is full of mercy; and should you be unable to step into the chapel, immerse yourself in prayer there where you happen to be, if only for a very brief instant, I claim veneration for my mercy from every creature, but above all from you, since it is to you that I have given the most profound understanding of this mystery.” (Diary 1572)

Short Prayer for Priests Under Attack

For the Victory of Jesus!

O Mary, Sanctuary of the Holy Spirit, Mother of the soverign priest and our advocate with the Father, we pray for the holiness of priests and of all those who are destined for the priesthood. Despoil them of self and bind them to Jesus Christ, you well beloved Son. Obtain for them an outpouring of the gifts of the Holy Spirit so they will understand the greatness and the unique dignity of their vocation, and live solely as priests and victims with Jesus. Our Lady of the Cenacle, we beg you to intercede with the Holy Spirit that our world may be renewed by holy and fervent priests, so that your Son will be better known and loved, men will be saved, and God will be glorified for ever and ever. Amen.

O Jesus eternal priest, keep all thy priests within the shelter of thy Sacred Heart, where non may harm them. Keep unstained their anointed hands which daily touch thy Sacred Body. Keep unsullied their lips purpled with thy precious blood. Keep pure and unearthly their hearts, sealed with the sublime marks of thy glorious priesthood. Let thy holy love surround them and shield them from the worlds contagion. Bless their labors with abundant fruit, and may the souls to whom they have ministered be here below their joy and consolation and in Heaven their beautiful and everlasting crown. Amen. O Mary Queen of the clergy pray for us;; obtain for us a number of holy priests.

THE PRIESTHOOD IS A MASTERPIECE OF CHRISTS’ DIVINE LOVE, WISDOM AND POWER – NEVER ATTACK A PRIEST!

Pray for the conversion of sinners and those who persecute Christ in his mystical body through the priesthood.

Prayers for March 19th-St. Joseph Feast Day

St. Joseph Pray for Us!

Petition for St. Joseph’s Blessing

Bless me, O dearly beloved Father, St. Joseph. Bless my body and my soul; bless my resolutions, my words and deeds, all my actions and omissions, my every step; bless all that I possess, all my interior and exterior goods, that all may redound to the greater honor of God. Bless me for time and eternity, and preserve me from every sin.

Obtain for me the grace to make atonement for all my sins by love and contrition here on earth, so that after my last breath I may, without delay, prostrate at your feet, return thee thanks in heaven for all the love and goodness thou, O dearest father, has shown me here below. Amen.

Act of Consecration to St. Joseph

O dearest St. Joseph, I consecrate myself to thy honor and give myself to thee, that thou may always be my father, my protector and my guide in the way of salvation. Obtain for me a great purity of heart and a fervent love of the interior life.

After thine example, may I do all my actions for the greater glory of God, in union with the Divine Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary! And do thou, O blessed St. Joseph, pray for me that I may share in the peace and joy of thy holy death. Amen.

Prayer to St. Joseph in a Difficult Problem

O Glorious St. Joseph, thou who has power to render possible even things which are considered impossible, come to our aid in our present trouble and distress. Take this important and difficult affair under thy particular protection, that it may end happily (name your request).

O dear St. Joseph, all our confidence is in thee. Let is not be said that we would invoke thee in vain; and since thou are so powerful with Jesus and Mary, show that thy goodness equals thy power. Amen.

St. Joseph, friend of the Sacred Heart, pray for us.

[Words of Our Lady to St. Bridget of Sweden: “St. Joseph was so reserved and careful in his speech that not one word ever issued from his mouth that was not good and holy, nor did he ever indulge in unnecessary or less than charitable conversation. He was most patient and diligent in bearing fatigue; he practiced extreme poverty; he was most meek in bearing injuries; he was strong and constant against my enemies; he was the faithful witness of the wonders of heaven, being dead to the flesh and the world, living only for God and for heavenly goods, which were the only things he desired. He was perfectly conformed to the Divine Will and so resigned to the dispositions of heaven that he ever repeated: ‘May the Will of God ever be done in me!’ He rarely spoke with me, but continually with God, whose Will he desired to perform. Wherefore, he now enjoys great glory in heaven”.]

Pre-Lenten Reflection-May Fasting and Prayer be Strength

Let Fasting and Prayer give you strength...my apostles

“Dear children, my motherly heart suffers tremendously as I look at my children who persistently put what is human before what is of God; at my children who despite everything that surrounds them and despite all the signs that are sent to them, think that they can walk without my Son. They cannot! They are walking to eternal perdition. That is why I am gathering you, who are ready to open your heart to me, you who are ready to be apostles of my love, to help me, so that by living God’s love you may be an example to those who do not know it. May fasting and prayer give you strength in that and I bless you with motherly blessing in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Thank you.”

Our Lady was very sad. 3/2/11

You know it may be just me, but I my heart is deeply saddened by these words of the dear Mother of God. If she is sad, I am sad.

Here her cry. She is suffering tremendously, tremendously! I can only see her weeping at the foot of the cross on her knees with Jesus, just shaking her head asking why are her children behaving this way???

We are blind! We don’t even recognize the visible signs that are being given to help us along with our faith. But we are persistently chasing after the things of the world as if nothing is going on.

Remember the days of Noah, they were making merry all the way to the day Noah entered the Ark, and the day that God reveals Himself to the world will be in the same way, but surprise, and who will be ready for that great and terrible day?
Do not think if our dear Mother is suffering tremendously, that God will not react to her pain
.

To you who are clinging to the material world; be forewarned that you are about to be stripped of your idols. Idol worship is an abomination to God and a grave offense to the First Commandment. That is you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart with all your soul, and all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.

I may sound redundant here but it but it bear repeating, there is no life without God. I mean not only in this life, but most especially in the next. If anyone is rejecting God in any way and choosing human things above God, then God will leave that one to themselves, and woe to them. As our Lady said, “you are walking to eternal perdition.”

If I can repeat it time and time again. This life on this earth is passing. It is short and it is a blink of the eye compared to eternity. Think of eternity as millions of years long, and who ever chooses to waste their life on this earth for temporal means, will waste their souls forever.

Over 30 years of apparitions, and our Lady has never said until now or mentioned her children walking the path to perdition (hell). These are people in God’s grace. I mean these are people in the Church she is speaking of. Her children, those who claim to be Christian followers of Jesus Christ.

These are the ones who are choosing heresy, sacrilege, and death in the world over life with God. Jesus called them the reprobates in His grace through the Fatima visionary. They are those who are living false pious lives.

Let’s look at her message again. Keep in mind when Our Lady comes on the second of the month to Mirjana, these are extraordinary apparitions that being given. Mirjana prays with the Mother of God for the “unbelievers of the world.” Mirjana says that Our Lady does not call them “unbelievers” but she says, “those who do not know the love of God.”

Dear reader, do you know the love of God? Have you been personally touched by the love of God? This message is for all of us, because we are all unbelievers in one way or another, when we lack faith in God, and when we don’t put God in the first place.

However, in the universal scope of things, beyond the human mind, but in heavens view of looking at the earth, the Mother of God is looking at her children, and is seizing in pain because of us.

Here these words, and imagine your own Mother saying this to you, who loves you with an ardent love….

“Dear children, my motherly heart suffers tremendously as I look at my children who persistently put what is human before what is of God…”

If your own mother were in this much pain, would you not have a soft heart for her to try to get her to feel better. Little children act this way. Little children who are filled with love for their mother and father, who know nothing but love, would run to a mother, with a Kleenex most likely and want to wipe her tears, not wanting to see her cry.

But she sees us, and we don’t care if she’s coming, we don’t care if she is hurting… because we are going along our merry way ignoring the fact that she is even coming to give you her blessing.

“Persistently” her children are putting human things above God. This is a very strong word. We are too attached to material consolations. It is epidemic and it is vice.

God is giving many signs to this world, visible signs of extraordinary measures, but the children of Mary are clinging on to their personal idols.

As if she is scolding her children, she said:

“….despite all the signs that are sent to them, think that they can walk without my Son. They cannot! They are walking to eternal perdition.”

There is no other way to sugar coat these words…this is damnation! There is no life without Jesus. Blessed Mother has made this crystal clear on countless times. But we persistently reject Jesus and choose the world. We want our vacations, we want our updated technology, the newest and the fastest this or that, we boast in ourselves in our careers or accomplishments, we put ourselves above God and His Commandments.

We have a president who openly today said to this nation and to God that He is wrong about marriage. What an Obamanation is being stated to the Almighty God! Do not tempt the Lord! The people of this nation should be outraged at such an offense to God, which is to be a nation under God. As one just quoted, you cannot be for the people and kill the people at the same time. Wake up America!

Our Lady continues to explain what she is doing in this time with those who have been faithful to her. She said…

“…That is why I am gathering you, who are ready to open your heart to me, you who are ready to be apostles of my love, to help me, so that by living God’s love you may be an example to those who do not know it…”

She is gathering her children, like a mother would into her embrace. I see the Mother holding us tightly under her mantle, in her home, as she is looking around and listening as the war is raging on the outside, telling her children, her faithful ones, to stay close to her; looking at each of her little ones saying, “help me please; you be love, you be my witness, I chose you as my apostles, I need you, you are important in this plan, it is up to you…BE AN EXAMPLE BY YOUR LIFE, to those who do not know God. Show them by your LIFE that God exists.

Pray openly, not just behind closed doors. Families make a statement that your are Christian/Catholic out in public, in restaurants pray together, or in public places, traveling. Wear your crucifix, let the rosary be in your had as a sign to satan that you belong to the Mother of God. Carry your weapon on you at all times…THE ROSARY.
Be a sign to this peaceless darkened world
.

A quick example…my husband called from work the other day, and he was very upset at one of the vendors with his job. He called and was venting about the abuses of this person with his employees and began to speak in a way of how he was going to handle the situation. I felt the Holy Spirit move in my heart, who gave an insight of the client he was talking about.

I said, “What are you going to do about it? How are you going to be a light for this person? People handle stress in many different ways and through emotions. We do not know what is going on in the heart of another and why they behave the way they do. But that does not get you off the hook dear Christian/Catholic. Your OBLIGATION is to LOVE with the love of God.

Love bears everything for the sake of the Kingdom. (1 Corinthians 13). It does not matter how they treat you, the response should always be love. And yes I am preaching to myself too. I have to catch myself all the time!

But here is the remedy….

“May fasting and prayer give you strength in that and I bless you with motherly blessing in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit….”

FASTING AND PRAYER! STRENGTH IS IN FASTING AND PRAYER. Behold your Lenten obligation. It is time to suck up the pride, fast, pray and pour out the blessings of love! It is time for the children of Mary to shine in this time of darkness.

Jesus went to the desert to fast and pray to find strength to withstand the tactics of the devil, and to prepare for the public mission He was going to accomplish.

We are all going to pass through some very trying times in the coming days if you have not already noticed to this point, and I assure you, the heat is going to be turned up all over the world. Those who will survive this period of purification will find strength only in fasting and prayer and a strong sacramental life. There will be no one on this earth who will be spared the cross my friends. God is all business!

Our Lady is praying for you…lay everything down that you may endure and surrender it in her flaming Immaculate Heart, that you may win grace for yourself and those whom you love.

May God have mercy on us all. Be reconciled with God!!!

“Filled with the Holy Spirit, Jesus returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the desert for forty days to be tempted by the devil. He ate nothing in those days and afterwards he was hungry…” (Lk. 4:1-2, Mt. 4:1-2, CCC 538-540)

Medj. Message of 3/2/11-They are walking to eternal perdition…

Do not walk the path to perdition...

Latest Special Medjugorje Message, March 2, 2011 – Our Lady’s apparitions to Mirjana

“Dear children; My motherly heart suffers tremendously as I look at my children who persistently put what is human before what is of God; at my children who, despite everything that surrounds them and despite all the signs that are sent to them, think that they can walk without my Son. They cannot! They are walking to eternal perdition. That is why I am gathering you, who are ready to open your heart to me, you who are ready to be apostles of my love, to help me; so that by living God’s love you may be an example to those who do not know it. May fasting and prayer give you strength in that and I bless you with motherly blessing in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Thank you. ”

Our Lady was very sad.

Pre-Lenten Reflection: New Life Bud’s Forth

Before my Son Jesus I intercede for your conversion

“Dear children, nature is awakening and on the trees the first buds are seen which will bring most beautiful flowers and fruit. I desire that you also little children work on your conversion and that you be those who witness with their life, so that your example may be a sign and an incentive for conversion to others. I am with you and before my Son Jesus I intercede for your conversion. Thank you for having responded to my call.” (2/25/11)

My dear friends, this message speak very deeply to my soul, as most of them do, however this one is hitting me right where I am at.

You see, about six months ago, there was an event in our community area that caused a lot of upheaval for many of us. At this time, just before the upheaval our Lady spoke to the world and said that we her children were not humble enough, and that we needed to work on our conversions then, and work more towards humility. Many of us heard this loud and clear as we watched the events unfold.

Well this of course means pride has to go right? For many of us, we’ve been very humbled and very quickly as we witnessed those who were held in the esteem in the eyes of many fall from grace. And realizing how quickly God can remove a blessing for habitual sin.

Many of us during this time of prayer have been scattered and called into a new way of solitude, but that towards working on our Christian vocations which is our path to heaven. I have been writing about this in these postings if you have been following along. I can say for us, it has all come with tremendous blessings and fruit.

But at this time when the trial came some of us were in prayer and we were given an image of the season we were in, which was the fall. The leaves were falling to the ground, the seeds of the season fell to the ground to die and to shed its life, and all of creation was going into hibernation, or a deep sleep.

But the image continued and showed that when creation was going into its deep sleep, just like Adam when He awoke there would be a new creation, that is that the new spring time would blossom and a new foilage of flowers and leaves would come forth with all its brilliant colors, as it moved into the summer season again.

And here today, Blessed Mother begins her message as if she is showing us that she is continuing the work in us. She has repeated over the past few months that she is praying for us before her Son, for certain intentions.

This month is no different. She is still praying for us but for this month, she is praying before Jesus her Son that we receive the gift of conversion of heart. She is asking Jesus to give us the grace so that we can change our hearts.

Now this morning, again I prayed this message in the same light, and with this same understanding as I was led by the Holy Spirit. Today however the image came immediately where I saw Jesus crucified and our Lady standing beneath the cross interceding, begging Him to forgive the sins of the world and asking Him to convert hearts.

Behind Our Lady I saw a great number of people, however many of them were not looking at Jesus crucified, but look past Him as if they did not see Him, while some had their eyes on Him. It spoke to me of the unawareness of men who do not comprehend the magnitude of the greatest gift given to the world, and who do not even care that He gave His life for our salvation.

Today our Lady is still praying for us, that is her children that we comprehend the greatness of her coming to the world; and the greatness of the gift of her Son and what He did for our salvation. She is praying that we all should stand beside her and gaze upon our God who looks at us today and says, “See I have endured this for you my bride. See how much I love you…”

And like most marriages today, many spouses do not appreciate the love of their other spouse and take them for granted as we are doing this day with our mystical spouse.

The other day when I prayed this message as all of this was coming to light, Our Lady gave me the following words from a previous message on 2/17/89. The message said this:

“Dear children, tonight I don’t ask you to do anything special. I only with you to begin to live my messages. Dear children, I seek your action, not your words! You are happy when I give you a beautiful message, but live the message I give. May each message be for you a new growth. Take THIS message into your life, in this way you will grow in life. Your Mother cannot give you other messages if you don’t live the ones I already give you. Begin tonight to live the messages.”

For me on this day, it was convicting, and I felt like a sword pierced my heart. I know full well there are specific areas in my heart that I need to change. I know that I still need to continue on with my conversion, and there are some very visible areas in my vocation that I need to work on in growing in love and in virtue.

Lent is quickly approaching. It is a time to work on changing the heart, and stripping away through penance and fasting, what is displeasing to God. We have the full six weeks of Lent to work on each day that one area of the heart that needs either healing, conversion or a way to expand it more in love. To stretch ones heart is to go beyond ones comfort zone in an extraordinary way.

But in order to make something a way of life, it needs practice to do so. This is what Lent is for us. It is not about giving up the chocolate and the dessert or smoking just for that window of six weeks. It is about giving up that vice for your life as a way of life, in a way of dying to yourself, to grow closer to God.

I know this, but living it is another story. And here Our Lady said, I do not seek your word, she wants to see it done and lived out. Ouch, there is the sword! Now I have to do something about it right? When heaven reveals something of yourself, you have to do something about it, because if you don’t, well I think we all know what happens next.

So many times the dear Mother has convicted me this way. We cannot flock to be there for an apparition, and then just walk away saying, “Oh that was nice, or I experienced this or that…” No! We have to take to heart what was said, what was spoken to us in this time, and put it to life. Sometimes its easy, and others it is much harder, and will take more collective reflection to understand the meaning in our own personal life.

Just like the message she just gave to the world speaking about the trees budding forth, the above message she just gave me is no different but enhances the meaning behind the 2/25/11 message. She said,

“… but live the message I give. May each message be for you a NEW GROWTH. Take THIS message into your life, in this way you will grow in life.”

Isn’t this the same as her describing the new spring coming forth? She desires a new growth to come forth for us, to go deeper into our conversion, and to remove sin.

She is not going to tell us anything new. Every message has the same core meaning of prayer, penance, fasting, conversion, living the bible, and holy mass. All of this is pointing towards her Son, Jesus Christ. But apparently we still aren’t doing as she asked in the full context of what heaven desires for us.

Let us go back to her message again on 2/25/11. She also said,

“…work on your conversion and that you be those who witness with their life, so that your example may be a sign and an incentive for conversion to others…”

Now I can witness to this personally, as I learned throughout my journey and path of conversion, that I had to change first. It was not until after I began to change that I began to make visible changes in my family, with my children, and my spouse. This was not easy, and I will not make light of the fact that in general we as human creatures do not like to change. We are comfortable in our sin, because that is what we have grown used to.

The older we are the harder it is. For children in formation years it is much easier, because their hearts are open. But as they grow older, it gets tougher especially for teens to have the desire to sit down and pray, and attend holy mass often. Teens want to be out with the rests who appear to be partying and having a good time. However most teens are at the lonliest because they do not have parents or strong peers who walk with them in light, and they sit in darkness, roping others into their misery, and numbing their pain. And in most cases, parents aren’t even aware of what is going on in the hearts of their teens. Nor are they aware that most of them are already sexually active, and medicating themselves in excess with drugs or alcohol on a regular basis.

But my friends, living this message is not an option, this is required! What do I mean by this?

It is not any different for someone who wants to get good at something, such as a sporting event, or even let’s say dieting. A change of life style needs to occur right?

If you are practicing a sport, your are going to get better at the sport your are enjoying, right. Or if you want to lose weight, you need to implement a diet plan to stick to, and an exercise schedule right? All for conditioning and getting into shape either way. Isn’t it most often in the spring when the weather changes for those who live north of the sunbelt that is, that we begin a new to condition our bodies from the winter weight?

Well it is the same for your human spirit, the interior part of your being.

In Romans chapter 8, it says the body is opposed to the spirit, and the flesh has desires against the spirit. And if we live by the flesh, we are opposed to God. In order to strengthen the spirit, the flesh needs to become weaker than the spirit. Jesus already told us that our spirits are willing, but our flesh is weak.

So how do we help our spirit overcome our flesh desires? We need spiritual exercise!

We need a spiritual routine so to say to get our Christian practice back into shape. This will take a full conscientious effort to do so on our part. It does not come naturally easy, because we are naturally inclined to sin. We must work at not to sin.

Here’s another scenario; let’s take a small child. Is a small child naturally living good behavior all the time, or does a child naturally get itself into trouble. How many times does a parent have to tell a toddler, no, no, no…? And then the parent has to correct the actions of the child right?

To do good, one has to be taught the right way in how to do good. Blessed Mother has made it very clear that the world is headed for destruction. For her it is like witnessing a small child running out into the street in the middle of a highway. A child is going to get hurt, unless the mother stops the child from running into the street.

She was sent into the world, to stop the children from getting hurt, or in this case from death, eternal death that is. And now she is teaching us how to be good little children to please the Eternal Father. Just the way she taught Jesus. Like a good Mother, she will fulfill her duties in her maternal vocation as God has ordained her to do, to make sure her children come out of the darkness and into the light to be with her in heaven.

Dear friends, this world is passing. We are in this world only for a short time. Our final home is heaven. But what we do on this earth will determine if we finish the journey and enter the promise land. Remember, not everyone entered the promise land. It was only those who persevered and were faithful to God and lived His commandments.

We are in a special time. A time in history that has never occurred in the world since the beginning of creation. 30 years of apparitions of the Mother of God to the world. It has taken all of the 30 years, to begin to convert this world, and we are not finished yet.

Take heed the words of the Mother of God with great seriousness. If God so much in His mercy has allowed her to come to the world for this long, and we as a people on this earth do not take it with seriousness, I don’t even want to begin to imagine what the consequences will be in the end when all is completed.

Now is the time to come out of the darkness, and seek the light of God. There is no more room for those who are on the fence. Now is the time of decision. Choose life that it may go well with you.

Ave Maria!

“You know the time in which we are living. It is now the hour for you to wake from sleep, for our salvation is closer than when we first accepted the faith. The night is far spent; the day draws near. Let us cast off deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. Let us live honorably as in daylight; not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual excess and lust, not in quarreling and jealousy. Rather put on the Lord Jesus Christ and make no provision for the desires of the flesh…” (Romans 13:11-14)

New book by Journalist, reports over 600 healings in Medjugorje

I am your Mother

Through the years, we have supported a number of apparitions — in Ukraine, in Venezuela, in Wisconsin, in Africa, in Egypt, in France, in Portugal, and a goodly assortment of other places. Among those is also Medjugorje in Bosnia-Hercegovina, which has not yet been approved by the Vatican but is currently under study by a special papal commission.

Obviously, we will strictly adhere to whatever that commission (which took the matter over from a national commission in Hercegovina) eventually decides. Recently, one member of the special group, Marianist Father Salvatore Perrella (assistant dean at the Pontifical Theological Faculty Marianum and a theologian who also serves as an expert for the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith) confirmed that the issue is in Rome and completely out of local hands, adding that he expects the process of Vatican discernment to go on for a protracted period of time. This was reported by Catholic News Service, which is owned by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops.

That same news service, which often has seemed jaded against apparitions, nonetheless has objectively and accurately stated Rome’s position, which is that: “More than once in recent years, the Vatican has said that dioceses or parishes should not organize official pilgrimages to Medjugorje. But the Vatican has also said Catholics are free to travel to the site, and that if they do the church should provide them with pastoral services.”

Indeed, Rome has never disallowed pilgrims from going to Medjugorje, and Pope John Paul II — soon to be Blessed John Paul II — was famous for quietly urging cardinals and bishops to go, including a key official named Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger.

At any rate, it has long been clear that both pilgrims and priests are at liberty to travel there, and we intend on doing so this June 6 (God-willing) in conjunction with a highly reputable organization called Trinity Pilgrimages. Author Michael H. Brown will be on the trip to meet with and speak to those traveling. We are excited — as we always are to visit this place of grace — and this pilgrimage will be smaller and more intimate than some in the past. Our experience has been simple: we have never seen another circumstance where pilgrims are so profoundly affected in a positive, life-changing, and traditionally Catholic way. (If the Vatican ever decides differently, we will seek to be the first to report on that — whatever our private feelings — and will no longer speak of it in the same way.)

For now, there is no indication that it will and we continue to follow apparitions that — this June — will mark their thirtieth anniversary. Recently, two new books have been issued outlining fascinating information about Medjugorje, which is the most famous apparition in nearly a century (since Fatima in 1917).

One of the books, written by two news reporters, Marijan Sivrić and Ivo Šćepanović (Medjugorje: 30 Years of a Phenomenon), says at least six hundred healings have been credibly reported at Medjugorje. “The Holy See observes with caution but the documentation only increases the observer’s curiosity of the Medjugorian happenings,” they report. “Recorded cases of the healings of people from all over the world are kept in the information center, along with all the given documentation which is then forwarded to medical and theological examiners.” The two journalists cite an especially impressive cure of multiple sclerosis — wherein a woman who had been unable to walk suddenly was able to hike more than seven miles to the shrine from the hotel she was staying at in Ljubuški. They report that the case was studied by twenty-five experts. So far, they say, “there are 143 similar documents of healings that can’t be medically explained.”

As at Lourdes (where the official tally of “miraculous” cures is just 68 out of the approximately 7,000 people who sought to have their cases confirmed), hundreds and perhaps thousands of other cases have gone unreported. The accounts we have directly heard themselves number in the dozens — although they are far outnumbered by dramatic spiritual healings (and conversions).

One who was helped at Medjugorje was a Polish exorcist who had been under severe attack by the evil one and sought refuge at Medjugorje. There he met a special Franciscan monk. “During the Rosary, he said he felt he had to run toward the place of the apparitions even though an inner voice told him not to,” Sivrić and Šćepanović quote this exorcist as saying. “I turned anyways and at that moment I got an answer to all my questions. I felt the Lady descending from Heaven. It was remarkable. I had a strong feeling. I could sense another world. Then I was pacified by a gentleness, an easiness, something like a strong wind of the Lady’s presence.

“She came near. The nearer she was, the power of evil was weaker. I experienced a revelation in my heart. I realized that she didn’t chase the evil spirits away, but they ran away anyway because they couldn’t bear her purity. The spirit of Satan in me was gone along with my depression and fears. In my heart, I heard a voice: ‘Don’t be afraid; I am your mother. I am your promise you will not fail.’ I feel the Lady’s presence during every exorcism.,” added this exorcist, who has frequently returned to the site of apparitions.

The official exorcist of Rome, Father Gabriel Amorth, has likewise endorsed the site.

But it’s up to you, in the end — or until Rome rules.

As with all major apparitions, aspects of Medjugorje remain difficult for anyone to believe. Prime among these: the claim by seer Mirjana Dragićević Soldo (whom, again God-willing, we will be spending time with) that her secrets are written on a mysterious piece of parchment that is only visible, right now, to her. That was allegedly given to Mirjana after her last daily apparition in 1982. States her spiritual director, Father Petar Ljubičić, “When the time comes, the contents of the first secret will become visible to me on the parchment and after seven days everyone else will be able to read it because it will cease to be a secret. This will happen until all ten secrets have been revealed and their consequence.”

For our discernment! There have been other cases in history with saints or seers in which unusual material contained writing (going back, of course, to Moses). But Medjugorje still evokes incredulity — and perhaps always will.
